Overview of catalogue tab in seller panel
Search- It enables you to
search your products

Create a new product- You can upload a new product in these simple steps
Click on catalogue

product in seller panel

• The first image uploaded by you will be the front image of the product

To create new products in bulk, kindly follow these steps
Choose the desired
category and sub
categories
Enter name of the
category and press
enter key

upload images to
select images from your
system
• You can upload multiple images for the same product
• The first image uploaded by you will be the front image of the product

Once uploaded, you should download the image CSV that contains the names and URLs of each
image
Click on this link to
download the list of
URLs for each image
Click the next button to
proceed

This is how the image CSV will look. In the next section you would be required to copy each of these
image URLs from the CSV and add it in the product details template

you can select one or
more brands that are
already listed in Paytm

Before filling the product details template you first to refer to the instructions & guidelines csv
Click on curated values
to copy the values for
each attribute

Note: Before filling any template always copy the corresponding values from the CSV to avoid typing errors

• Product details template is divided into mandatory attributes and recommended attributes
• Fill this template by copying the attributes from the instructions and guidelines CSV in this template
Note: Always use semi –colon (;) as a separator to add multiple values

• Paste link of main image in column of main image from the image path file downloaded before
• For other images, you need to paste link in images column as shown in the below picture
Note: Always use semi –colon (;) as a separator to add multiple images other attributes if its more that one.

If you want to add multiple sizes of the same product, you will simply have to enter the different sizes
in the size column and different Merchant SKUs in Merchant SKU column separated by semi-colon (;)
respectively.
Note: Sequence of Merchant SKU should be according to the sequence of sizes.

Quality check is a process of verifying product details that you have uploaded
There are three stages, which are as follows:-
What is a quality check?
Stage 1:
Under quality check
Stage 3:
Quality check rejected
Stage 2:
Quality check approved
Compliance failed
Quality check rejected
for other reasons

What is Non-live products under quality check

Once you have uploaded
the product it will move to

• It will take 24-48 hrs to
validate your product

Note- Process of quality check takes 2-3 working days.

If you have wrongly
mapped your product or
there is any other error
your product will move
to quality check rejected
with reason
What is quality check rejected?

Note: If the rejection reason is blank then it means that your finance compliance is incomplete. Once you update
finance compliance, all products will automatically get move from here to Quality check approved stage.

Once your products
quality check is done it
will be moved to QC
approved.
