This document contains a stress, stressors and coping rating scale survey for nursing students. The survey contains three sections: (1) personal information including age and gender, (2) levels of stress from early exposure to clinical concepts and increased course loads, and (3) coping mechanisms used to deal with academic stress. Students are asked to rate their stress levels and agreement with coping statements on a scale of 0-5. The survey aims to understand sources of stress and how students cope with stressors in their nursing program.
