Interior vehicle acoustics are in close connection with our quality opinion. The noise in vehicle interior is complex and can be considered as a sum of various sound emission sources. A nice sounding vehicle is objective of the development departments for car acoustics. In the process of manufacturing the targets for a qualitatively high-valuable sound must be maintained. However, it is possible that production errors lead to a deviation from the wanted vehicle interior sound. This will result in customer complaints where for example a rattling or squeak refers to a worn-out or defective component. Also in this case, of course, the vehicle interior noise does not fulfill the targets of the process of development. For both cases there is currently no possibility for automated analysis of the vehicle interior noise. In this paper an approach for automated analysis of vehicle interior noise by means of neural algorithms is investigated. The presented system analyses microphone signals from car interior measured at real environmental conditions. This is in contrast to well known techniques, as e.g. acoustic engine test bench. Self-Organizing Maps combined with feature selection algorithms are used for acoustic pattern recognition. The presented system can be used in production process as well as a standalone ECU in car.

A nice sounding vehicle is objective of the development departments for car acoustics. In the process of manufacturing the targets for a qualitatively high-valuable sound must be maintained. However, it is possible that production errors lead to a deviation from the wanted vehicle interior sound. This will result in customer complaints where for example a rattling or squeak refers to a worn-out or defective component. Also in this case, of course, the vehicle interior noise does not fulfill the targets of the process of development. For both cases there is currently no possibility for automated analysis of the vehicle interior noise. In this paper an approach for automated analysis of vehicle interior noise by means of neural algorithms is investigated. The presented system analyses microphone signals from car interior measured at real environmental conditions. This is in contrast to well known techniques, as e.g. acoustic engine test bench. Self-Organizing Maps combined with feature selection algorithms are used for acoustic pattern recognition. The presented system can be used in production process as well as a standalone ECU in car.

This document provides an overview of wound healing, its functions, stages, mechanisms, factors affecting it, and complications.
A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues, which may be associated with disruption of the structure and function.
Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.

- 2. CONTROL OF INDUSTRIAL NOISE AND PROTECTION • Excessive noise is one of the pollutant in industry, which is required to be control for preventing the workers from various disease discussed in the previous section. • Although it is not possible to complete control the noise in the industry, we can reduce the intensity of noise of noise. • Following are ways to control the noise pollution: 1. Noise control at source 2. Noise control achieved through enclosure 3. Noise control through absorption 4. Noise control through ear protecting equipment
- 3. Noise control at the source It is best method to control the noise at the origin in order to avoid harmful effects of noise pollution. Many industrial equipment are making unnecessary noise since they are old or they are not provided proper foundation which can be absorb noise vibration. So, these kind of noise pollution can be achieved through repairing those old machine or providing proper shock absorbing foundation to the machine Also, vibration dampers should be provided to absorb the noise.
- 4. Achievement of noise through enclose Significant amount of noise can be reduced by providing encloses to the machine. If possible such noise making machines should be kept in a separate isolated rooms with shielding of proper shock absorbing material. Separate partition should be provided, if possible. Noise control through absorption If is not possible to reduce the noise at origin or providing shielding to the machines, it is compulsory to absorb the noise from the machines. Walls and celling must be provided with sound absorbing material. High ceiling height as well as empty space near noise making machine can reduce the noise pollution significantly.
- 5. Use of protecting equipment Even after above all options, noise pollution is still substantial and all methods are ineffective, final solution is to protect the ear from noise by noise controlling device such as ear plugs, muffs, helmets, cotton or Soft rubber. The worker have to use these protection equipment against the noise while working near such high noise making machine. Generally worker have tendency to ignore its use but it will affect their ears. So, they must be trained to wear them at the time of work.
