This document provides information about establishing checkpoints and reviewing progress for the Michigan Mathematics and Science Teacher Leadership Collaborative grant. It includes: 1) Goals for the grant including developing teacher leaders, improving math and science teaching and learning, and increasing the capacity of science and math centers. 2) A logic model laying out the resources, needs, activities, outputs, and outcomes for reaching the grant's long-term goals. 3) Checkpoints for reviewing progress at the grant, school, and personal levels including aligned action plans and professional development. 4) Sections on reflecting on progress made, celebrating successes and future goals, sharing accomplishments, and evaluating progress according to leadership components.
