Goal 1- Create the structures and pathways that allow for true trans-
disciplinary learning (not isolated to a specific faculty member or group of
teachers, not serendipitous, not a major culminating event– part of the LS
fabric)
Goal 2- Developing a stronger leadership team who better understands and
implements best practice as it relates to the art and science of leadership
Goal 3- Develop better skills personally around coherent leadership– figuring
out the right drivers and frameworks for more action-oriented leadership
(preventing: initiative overload, fragmentation, splintered acts, reactive
decisions, etc.)

faculty member feels toward the school and its mission – clarity of
roles and expectations; leadership development of various teams;
identify/support high potentials

Enterprise Services & Programs - Evaluate based on ability to ‘amplify and fit’
school’s ‘brand.
Finance - Dashboard accurate timely info. for decision-making.

constituencies of responsibility for accurate and immediate collection of data.

L4L, the school’s vision and mission, and our funders.
• Partner with Westminster (& Drew) faculty to assist or
facilitate in the development of best teaching practices.
