MEANING
Conflict may be understood as collision
or disagreement.
It is the struggle between opposing needs,
wishes, ideas, interests or people.

MANAGEMENT
It has five steps, which are as follows:
1. LATENT STAGE: The conditions for conflict
exist but have not been noticed.
2. PERCEIVED STAGE:The conflict and its
causes are recognized.
3. FELT STAGE: There is no real struggle yet but
tension is building up.

in conflict, and it is apparent to others who are
not involved.
