This document discusses the development of a framework for knowledge mobilization and impact competencies. The researchers: 1) Identified and selected existing competency frameworks, excluding those focused solely on commercialization. 2) Collated and synthesized the frameworks, reducing 94 competencies into 11 categories and 80 discrete statements. 3) Will use the finalized competency set to develop a self-assessment tool to help individuals and organizations evaluate strengths and needs for professional development in knowledge mobilization and impact areas.
