1. Individual stages of the lifecycle:
Institution’s maturity varied when focusing on a particular stage of the
lifecycle e.g. assessment and feedback, timetabling, and learner
analytics. Thus Project 1 output will include information, advice and
guidance on resources for each specific stage of the student life cycle.
2. Cross-cutting themes across stages of the lifecycle:
Staff skills/competencies–leadership, digital literacies, embracing
data
A more joined-up approach–integrated systems, breaking down
silos, information strategies
Infrastructure–working more effectively with suppliers, up-to-date
IT infrastructure
