Over the past 30 years, Patrick has held senior management positions within
large global companies and small start-ups where he focused on building world
class operating units and delivering significant ROI by transforming business
operations through delivering workflow automation, process engineering,
productivity management, quality control and providing effective leadership

Over the past 20 years, Tom has held senior management positions where he focused
on developing and implementing various new operational capabilities. Tom has a wide
array of direct experience in managing start-ups and large global companies bringing
the tactical expertise to deliver real ROI. He has implemented workflow automation
and transformed existing operations to improve process, quality and productivity. In
addition, Tom has significant experience in taking domestic operations and adapting
