  1. Usually meet face to face – chance to observe body language, eye contact. Can develop rapport with time. Explain heart to heart position.Phone, speednetworking, interviews – requires immediate connection – the L factor likeability.
  2. Just because you are quiet at work does not mean you are a quiet person. Example – I spent many years as a compliance officer – had to adopt a role. Met an advisor in the bar who was surprised to see that I laughed and drank DUH
  3. 4 behavioural types – you will begin to earmark people in your head as we go thru the process.
