The Communication Category recognizes family businesses that have
developed tools and constructed strategies for effective communication
about their family business within their company or among their family
members. This year we have three winners, one large family-owned
business, one medium family-owned business, as well as one small
family-owned business.

by Jeff and Sandra Burt. EclipseCorp began as a small commercial
studio and has since evolved into a full-service production house that
strives to influence positive branding and maintain effective
communication. Their business has expanded to include 38 employees
and has remained in Central Ohio for 21 years. EclipseCorp has done an
exceptional job of fostering employee and family communication by
scheduling weekly meeting that have a positive focus, a strict agenda
