It is my pleasure to be able to offer this letter of reference and testimony to the good
character and professional skills of Katherine Tucker.
I have known Katherine since March 2012 when she joined my team to help us manage a
massive expansion of our business activity. During this time Katherine has been the
Resource Planner in charge of the day to day management of planning & tracking our
employees training and competency goals. This involved developing good relationships
with our Third Party vendors whilst managing cost quotes, planning training schedules and
coordination with the employees Line Managers to meet training & travel deadlines.
Katherine has proved herself to be a great addition to the Australia Team with her
quiet efficiency, I particularly appreciate her support and dedication especially during the
early years of her tenure as it was an exceptionally busy period when we increased our
headcount by 200% and the business pressure was frantic.
We are all saddened to lose Katherine from our Team but unfortunately our industry is
in the most severe downturn since the 1980’s and we have been forced to retrench many
fine employees. I would like to recommend Katherine to any future employer as she is an
energetic and very efficient employee who has potential to achieve much more in the years
