Managed the circulation staff responsible for the marketing and distribution of the
Observer Dispatch. Responsible for the annual revenue and expense budget and the

newspaper daily circulation was increased for the first time in twelve years and the
Sunday circulation was maintained at over 60k.

Herald. During this time we achieved the fastest growing Sunday circulation reaching
