To enhance skill in youth in such a way so that they get a good job and a good job creates.
This program provides Training, support and proper guidance for all the occupation like Welders,
Tailors, weavers, carpenter, cobblers, nurses, blacksmith, masons.
This program will also provide skill to youth in real estates, banking, tourism, jewelry designing
etc....
This training program would be at the national level so that the youth of our country can not
meet the domestic demand only but other country also.
6. Introduction
Skill India is launched by Prime Minister Narendra
Modi on 15 July 2015 with an aim to train over 40 Cr.(
400 Million ) people in India in different skills by 2022. It
includes various intiative of the development mission “
National Skill Development Mission” , “National Policy
for skill Development ,2015”,”Pradhan Mantri Kaushal
Vikas Yojana” and the skill loan scheme”.
7. Vision & Mission
Vision - NSDC was set up as part of a national skill development
mission to fulfill the growing need in India for skilled manpower
across sectors and narrow the existing gap between the
demand and supply of skills.
Mission - Upgrade skills to international standards through
significant industry involvement and develop necessary
frameworks for standards, curriculum and quality assurance.
