Abstract Cloud Computing as the name suggests, it is a style of computing where different users uses the resources on the go i.e. over the Internet. In the recent era, this technology has emerged as a strong option for not only large scale organizations but also for small scale organizations that only access/use the resources what they want. In recent research study, many organizations lose significant part of their revenues in handling the requests given by the clients over the web servers i.e. unable to balance the load for web servers which results in loss of data, delay in time and increased costs. This Paper gives a new enhanced load balancing algorithm by which the performance of their web application can be increased. This Algorithm works on the major drawbacks such as delay in time, response to request ratio etc.
In sending data, a transmission will experience a damage or an error in the delivery process. Corrupted data will not be used for their intended purpose. Stop-and-Wait methods of Automatic Repeat Request is a method that is applied to correct errors in the process of sending the frame at the time of transmission. Data transmission is always done between the sending computer and the receiving computer. This method ensures that information is not lost due to packet drops and that the received packets in the correct order. This is the simplest type of method Automatic Repeat Request. Stop-and-Wait method will automatically fix corrupted data occurs in the transmission process. This method works by calculating the waiting time and timeout on both computers. If the data packets successfully sent and the recipient receives the data properly, then it will send an acknowledgment to the sender. It states that the transmission was not a failure or none of the bits sent change from 0 to 1 or vice verse. Timeout function is to record how long the computer wait if there is incongruity at the time of delivery. After a specified time limit runs out, either framed or acknowledgment will be sent again to correct the mistake.

CPU utilization and resource management. In order to assure that tasks should meet their deadlines even
in the presence of faults, a FT scheme has to be integrated at control scheduling co-design level. This paper
presents a novel approach on integrating FT scheme with FCSA for real time embedded systems. This
procedure is especially important for control scheduling co-design of embedded systems.

The load can be categorized as network load and CPU load. For an efficient load balancing strategy, the process of assigning the load between the nodes should enhance the resource utilization and minimize the computation time. This can be accomplished by a uniform distribution of load of to all the nodes. A Load balancing method should guarantee that, each node in a network performs almost equal amount of work pertinent to their capacity and availability of resources. Relying on task subtraction, this work has presented a pioneering algorithm termed as E-TS (Efficient-Task Subtraction). This algorithm has selected appropriate nodes for each task. The proposed algorithm has improved the utilization of computing resources and has preserved the neutrality in assigning the load to the nodes in the network.

It is suited for time-sharing systems since it automatically reduces the problem of priority inversion, which are low-priority tasks delayed. The time quantum is limited, and only a one-time quantum process is allowed in round-robin scheduling. The objective of this research is to improve the functionality of the current RR method for scheduling actions in the cloud by lowering the average waiting, turnaround, and response time. CloudAnalyst tool was used to enhance the RR technique by changing the parameter value in optimizing the high accuracy and low cost. The result presents the achieved overall min and max response times are 36.69 and 650.30 ms for running 300 min RR. The cost for the virtual machines (VMs) is identified from $0.5 to $3. The longer the time used, the higher the cost of the data transfer. This research is significant in improving communication and the quality of relationships within groups.

The optimization of hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems plays a pivotal role in utilizing natural resources effectively. This initiative not only benefits humanity but also fosters environmental sustainability. The study investigated the design optimization of these hybrid systems, focusing on understanding solar radiation patterns, identifying geographical influences on solar radiation, formulating a mathematical model for system optimization, and determining the optimal configuration of PV panels and pumped hydro storage. Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. Optimizing the design of solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems as examined across diverse climatic conditions in a developing country, not only enhances power generation but also improves the integration of renewable energy sources and boosts energy storage capacities, particularly beneficial for less economically prosperous regions. Additionally, the study provides valuable insights for advancing energy research in economically viable areas. Recommendations included conducting site-specific assessments, utilizing advanced modeling tools, implementing regular maintenance protocols, and enhancing communication among system components.
