HOW IT ALL STARTED FOR CLEANING MASTER.
Cleaning Master SDN. BHD. was founded in 2010 by Miss Chan
and Miss Toh. The company headquarters was and still is
located in Kluang, Johor.
It all started when Miss Chan and Miss Toh wanted to make a
difference in todays cleaning standards for clients. This since
many people where in need of a good cleaning service for their
house, but no one could provide the right service for them. Also
the quality of workers and agencies where simply not sufficient
enough to fulfill the needs of the client.
With both of them having a long experience in housecleaning
Miss Chan and Miss Toh came up with a special training course
that each worker must follow before they would start working
for clients. By doing this each worker would know exactely what
are all the important cleaning skills and how to solve them
perfectly.
Another important succes factor is that Cleaning Master always
selects its own workers by themselves. In this way the best
capable people are found and provided to our clients.
Our way of working has been a great success in the past few
years. We where able to grown from 10 workers to 15 in one
year and we are now growing up to 30 workers in 2012.
Cleaning Master has proved to be the Master in Cleaning service.
We are here to stay!

HOW WE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WILL RUN SMOOTH
To enable us to provide quick and effective response to all the
needs of our customer’s requirement, we have a short and
flexible and yet efficient chain of command. The personnel
assigned to your facility are directly under the clients supervision.
Our workers will work closely with the clients to fulfill its needs
of that day. Should the client not be able to supervise the worker
then our workers are able to work alone after instructions are
givin to them.
Before our workers will leave the clients facility a general check
is made by them. Sometimes another worker of Cleaning master
could do a surprise check up in order to keep the workers sharp
and to their highest cleaning level.
Our daily working chedual is:
Morning from : 7 o’ clock to 12 o’ clock
Noon from : 1 o’ clock to 6 o’ clock afternoon
Night (Overtime Charge only) from : 7 o’clock to 10 o’clock

KEEPING OUR WORKERS SHARP AND OUR CLIENTS
HAPPY
In order to keep our workers sharp and provide our clients with
the best service possible we will do quality checks. These are
most of the times not announced to them or our clients.
In order to make these checks as smooth as possible one of our
staff members will come and take a quick look after a worker is
done. Should there occour any problem then the worker will fix it
directly or as soon as possible.
We hope for our client understanding in this matter since this is
also the best for them in the long term.

WHAT DO WE TRAIN OUR WORKERS IN?
All our workers are masters in cleaning thanks to our specific
training given to them. Cleaning is a skill that can be learned to
anyone. But being a master in cleaning all lies in the details and
the eyes of the worker.
Workers must have the right working attitude and the vision of
a cleaner. This so they will always see the work that needs to be
done at the location they are at.
Cleaning Master trains its workers in how to see the work that
needs to be done, how to handle the client personal belongings,
how to clean at different locations., manners in communication
and respect to our clients, how to use and handle cleaning
equipment and many other aspects that are connected to
cleaning.
Cleaning Master garantees that every worker has passed these
tranings successfully!
