7. Hiring Process
1. Detailed job requirements gathered from employers.
2. OSC will search and match its database/channels for potential candidates.
3. Candidates will be filtered through a screening process; they will then be
provided details of the job and company.
4. The shortlisted candidates will then have their CV sent to the employer.
5. Coordinate with the employer to interview the candidates.
6. OSC will then conduct a background check on the candidates and
verify their references.
7. Candidate commences work if employment is successful. However, if no
candidate is hired then the process will start again, beginning at stage 2.
8. Follow-up with candidate and client.
