States and try to offer food solutions throughout the day.
The Company launched Dunkin’ Donuts in India in April 2012 in
Delhi.
The Company now has 68 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in India

INTRODUCTION TO SECTOR
 Indian food service market is huge. It can be
anything from 50-60 thousand crore market
 chained food revenue is only 10% which is
growing very fast.
 With constant internalisation of Indian
consumer and rising income level, discretionary
spend of this disposal income on items like food
is going to increase in future
 And with double income no kids and more
women working-we realise, this is going to grow
very fast.

(OF AN OUTLET)
 Dunkin Donuts in India is a franchisee owned by
Jubliant Food Works
 The store is open from is 9am -12pm
 They implement staff rotation process in order to
complete the task more efficiently as the Burdon
on each staff is gets lesser because of this
rotation.
 There are 3 shop managers & 10 helping staffs in
order to carry out the whole days’ work.

 Number of customers accessing this food
joint is around 300 per day and more on
weekends
 There are 2 counters in order to place the
order and 1 for delivery.
 Placed orders are displayed on the mirror
screen available in kitchen and normally
it takes 2-5 mins for service and delivery.

PURCHASING
They get the supplies of raw material
like breads & tikkies a twice a day
from noida where the have their head
office and main kitchen.

STORAGE & INVENTORY
MANAGEMENT
These items are kept in freezer they
have at 1- 4 degree centigrade &
monitored by various tools they have
at their shop in every 4 hrs. & prepare
the burgers & beverage in kitchen
available at their store.

 When Dunkin’ Donuts founder Bill Rosenberg
opened the first Dunkin’ Donuts in 1950, he had a
simple philosophy:
“Make and serve the freshest, most delicious coffee
and donuts quickly and courteously in modern, well-
merchandised stores.”
 This philosophy still holds true today and is the
foundation that has enabled Dunkin’ Donuts to
grow into the largest coffee and baked goods chain
in the world.
