14. Procedure:
Give the following information to the students: Imagine that you are three teams (Group of
4- one Team Leader and 3 members): Production, Accounts and Sales. You have to discuss
the production and sales strategy of a cold drink. You can discuss about styling, flavour,
product features as Production team. Sales team will discuss the advertising, reachability,
and catchment issues. Accounts team will discuss the production and sales cost. The three
teams have to plan the strategies separately. After that, they all have to resolve conflicts by
negotiation and come to a decision to present the proposal to CEO of the company.
