  • 2.   MLIVE  Media  Group   Walker,  MI     Account  Executive                                                                November  2014  –  May  2015   • Perform  administrative  and  production  tasks  associated  with  content  gathering   sales,  production,  and  fulfillment.  These  tasks  vary  by  percent  day  by  day.   • Work  directly  with  customers  to  gather  essential  information,  and  to  address   questions  and  issues  as  they  arise.   • Actively  participate  in  out-­‐bound  calling  promotional  and  sales  campaigns.   • Enter  and  track  advertising  and  content  information  using  a  variety  of  different  computer  and  software   systems.   • Review  and  monitor  the  accuracy  of  order  entries  and  scheduling,  being  proactive  in  resolving  problems   and  issues  before  they  cause  live  production  errors  or  customer  service  issues.   • Coordinate  and  facilitate  the  creation  and  gathering  of  digital  and  print  advertising,  including  working   with  internal  teams.   • Maintain  professional  working  relationships  with  all  customers  and  coworkers.   • Accumulated  sales  in  6  months  of  just  over  $750,000  earning  the  President’s  Club  Award.     Tournament  Players  Club  of  Scottsdale,  Scottsdale,  AZ   Merchandise  Operations                          November  2012  –  May  2013   • Merchandise  operations  for  both  Golf  shops.   • Checked  in  and  tagged  all  inventory  for  both  golf  shops.   • Checked  in  and  tagged  all  apparel  for  the  Waste  Management  Phoenix  Open.   • Set  up  three  merchandising  tents  for  the  tournament  consisting  of  setting  up  displays,   maintaining  restock,  running  the  point  of  sale  system  and  tear  down.   • Managed  the  merchandise  tent  on  number  16  of  the  stadium  course  during  the  week  of  the  WMPO.   • Reaching  1.5  million  dollars  in  Revenue  for  the  WMPO  exceeding  our  goal  of  $700,000.   • Inventory  Management  quarterly.   The  Ryder  Cup  at  Medinah  Country  Club,  Medinah,  IL   Merchandise  Operations                                          September  6  -­‐  October  12,  2012   The  2012  Ryder  Cup  hosted  by  Medinah  Country  Club  was  one  of  the  largest  events   in  Ryder  cup  history;  with  record  setting  merchandise  sales  over  $14.5  million  across  a  seven-­‐ day  period.   • Active  part  in  the  team  selling  14.5  million  dollars  in  merchandise  over  seven  days.   • Assisted  customers  with  large  quantity  of  purchases.   • Assisted  volunteers  with  point  of  sale  system.   • Assisted  Vendors  including  Nike,  Imperial,  AHEAD,  Polo,  and  their  initial  displays,  and  restocking.   • Rotated  merchandise  to  increase  sales,  and  alleviate  traffic  throughout  selling  floor.   • Stocked  on  course  Kiosks  with  programs,  radios,  and  sunscreen.   • Set  up  and  dismantled  all  displays  while  maintaining  inventory  on  display  during  hours  of  operation.        
  • 3.     Katke  Golf  Course,  Big  Rapids,  MI    Assistant  Golf  Professional                      April  2012  –  May  2014   Katke  Golf  Course  is  a  Ferris  State  University  owned  and  operated  public  facility.  Katke  is  home   to  over  250  PGM  students  at  Ferris  State  University  and  looks  to  increase  golf  awareness  in   surrounding  areas.  Katke  has  a  Top  100  Practice  facility  as  voted  by  Golf  Digest  Raters.     • Operate  golf  shop  using  EZ-­‐Links  point  of  sale  system.   • Assist  Head  Professional  with  organization  of  displays,  merchandise  and  inventory.   • Assisted  in  club  repair  including  re-­‐gripping,  loft/lie  adjustments,  re-­‐shafting,  and  measurement  of  swing   weights.   • Performed  tournament  set  up,  execution,  and  clean  up.   • Coordinated  and  Administered  Senior  League.   • Managed  a  golf  shop  that  earned  over  $300,000  in  revenue.   • Trained  new  staff.   • Food  and  beverage  operations/ordering/catering  and  daily  operations  at  the  halfway  house   Scott  Lake  Country  Club,  Comstock  Park,  MI     Outside  Operations                                      2007-­‐2010  Spring/Summer/Fall  Seasons     A  Grand  Rapids  golf  course  staple,  beautiful  Scott  Lake  Country  Club  and  Practice  Center  is  a  27-­‐ hole  public  facility  nestled  in  the  rolling  terrain  north  of  Grand  Rapids  in  West  Michigan.  In   November  of  2011  Scott  Lake  Country  Club  was  awarded  the  Michigan  Golf  Course  Owners   Association  "2011  Golf  Course  of  the  Year"  Award  and  in  February  of  2012  was  awarded  the   National  Golf  Course  Owners  Association  "National  Golf  Course  of  the  Year"  Award.   • Responsible  for  outside  services  and  training  new  staff   • Passionate  leader  setting  up  and  executing  tournaments.   • Set  up  for  five  to  ten  leagues  every  weekday.   • Set  up  for  100+  participants  in  outings.  Prepared  banquets  for  outings.   • Food  and  beverage  operations.   References  –  Upon  request.
