This document provides instructions for using the chemometric analysis software "Unscrambler X". It outlines 11 steps for conducting data analysis using the software: 1) selecting the number of rows and columns for data, 2) writing or pasting data, 3) selecting the analysis method, 4) choosing predictor values, 5) plotting calibration data, 6) selecting the prediction task, 7) choosing data to analyze, 8) viewing prediction plots, 9) viewing predicted values in a table, 10) selecting desired plots, and 11) outlining all data. 2. Step 1: Select no. of Rows & Columns required for all your data.

3. Step 2: Write or Copy-Paste your data in sheet generated.
Manually type title for your data in title boxes.

4. Step 3: Select the “Analyze” task & method for data analysis
(e.g. Partial Least Squares Regression).

5. Step 4: Select “X” & “Y” Predictor values from
calibration/parent data.

6. Step 5: Various plots for Calibration/Parent Data.

7. Step 6: Select the “predict” task as per your method for data analysis
(e.g. Regression for Partial Least Squares Regression).

8. Step 7: Select only the data to be analysed from Data matrix.

9. Step 8: View the plots of model “predict”.

10. Step 9: Select the parameter to see relevant predicted data in table.

11. Step 10: Select the desired plot to evaluate your data.

12. Step 11: Outline of all of your data.
