Manajemen Rantai Suplai (Supply chain management): adalah sebuah ‘proses payung’ di mana produk diciptakan dan disampaikan kepada konsumen dari sudut struktural. Sebuah supply chain (rantai suplai) merujuk kepada jaringan yang rumit dari hubungan yang mempertahankan organisasi dengan rekan bisnisnya untuk mendapatkan sumber produksi dalam menyampaikan kepada konsumen.
Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari setiap rantai suplai adalah untuk memaksimalkan nilai yang dihasilkan secara keseluruhan (Chopra, 2001, h5). Rantai suplai yang terintegrasi akan meningkatkan keseluruhan nilai yang dihasilkan oleh rantai suplai tersebut.
Today Operations Management is dominated by concerns in supply chain such as design of a good performance measurement system, revenue or resource sharing, customer centric and/or process view of the supply chain.
To date, Samasource has paid 3,554 workers to complete digital tasks, and these workers have supported 11,017 dependents. This brings our total number of beneficiaries to 14,571. Our Q1 Impact report focuses on how worker spending indicates movement out of poverty. What have these 3,554 workers done with their increase in wages? Our surveys show that they’re able to spend more where it counts--on shelter, food, education, local remittances, and savings.

Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. Search and Society: Reimagining Information Access for Radical FuturesBhaskar Mitra
The field of Information retrieval (IR) is currently undergoing a transformative shift, at least partly due to the emerging applications of generative AI to information access. In this talk, we will deliberate on the sociotechnical implications of generative AI for information access. We will argue that there is both a critical necessity and an exciting opportunity for the IR community to re-center our research agendas on societal needs while dismantling the artificial separation between the work on fairness, accountability, transparency, and ethics in IR and the rest of IR research. Instead of adopting a reactionary strategy of trying to mitigate potential social harms from emerging technologies, the community should aim to proactively set the research agenda for the kinds of systems we should build inspired by diverse explicitly stated sociotechnical imaginaries. The sociotechnical imaginaries that underpin the design and development of information access technologies needs to be explicitly articulated, and we need to develop theories of change in context of these diverse perspectives. Our guiding future imaginaries must be informed by other academic fields, such as democratic theory and critical theory, and should be co-developed with social science scholars, legal scholars, civil rights and social justice activists, and artists, among others.

A page in a EX document is built from various elements as shown in figure 13.1. In a twosided document, some parameters will be different for the even and odd pages. The figure shown
gives the layout as on any odd page in the document. It also shows most of the parameters
required in order to change the page style including the headers, footers and the margins. We
shall now briefly discuss these and the other parameters that can be effectively used to control
the page layout.

The horizontal placement of the text can be set by specifying the following parameters:
oddsidemargin
It denotes the leftside margin (on odd numbered pages). It should
be noted that leftmargin does not denote the leftside margin, it is
instead used for the indentation of lists.
evensidemargin It denotes the leftside margin (on even numbered pages). Note that
unless the twoside option is chosen, the oddsidemargin and the
evensidemargin should be the same.

The width of the text.
The parameters that control the vertical measurements are:

In the process of writing a big document1 which involve a number of symbols, one often feels
the need to include a nomenclature for the various symbols used in the text. The nomencl
package provides a convenient way of doing so. It makes use of the MakeIndex program to
generate such a list automatically by using the information provided by the author in the text.

structs it to open the glossary file jobname .glo corresponding to the LTEX file jobname .tex

The romannum package can be used to change the numbers generated by LTEX for chapters,
sections, equations, list items, footnotes, etc. from arabic to roman numerals. The package
options, as described below, can be used to typeset uppercase or lowercase roman numerals.

Title Page
typesets an epigraph using text as the main text of the epigraph, and the source as it’s reference. The package provides the following commands:
qitem
epigraphwidth
textflush
epigraphflush
sourceflush
The qitem{ text }{ source } command is used in the epigraphs environment in order to specify each epigraph in the list. It’s use is essentially
similar to the item command in the ordinary list environments.
It denotes the width of the epigraph; the default is 0.4textwidth.
It controls the text typesetting style; set to flushleft by default.
The default position of the epigraphs is at the right hand side of the textblock
(set to flushright). Using this command, the position of the textblock can
be changed.
It controls the position of the source ; default is flushright.
epigraphsize
This denotes the thickness of the rule drawn between the text and the
source ; default is 0.4pt.
