organizations over the past 14 years. He is also a renowned leadership expert
taking over the Leadership Development of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign
Trade & Industry as well as several private entities.
Specialized in management consulting with NGOs, ministries and SMEs; and in
learning & development management with extensive experience with
multinationals such as IBM and adidas overseeing their HR Talent Management in
the LENA region.
Worked as a training advisor with ITI & Ministry of Communication assisting in
creating and delivering EduEgypt's TOT back in 2008/2009 certifying a 120+
trainers and with Nahdat AL Mahrousa as their Consultant in managing the TOT
delivery and certification of a team of 50+ trainers who certified 10 thousand
plus Egyptians on the PTS (Passport to Success) program in 2012. Currently
establishing the internal training academies for organizations such
as LAZURDE certifying internal trainers on facilitation and training skills.
