Leadership Capability: This is the most important part
in determining whether the organizational purpose
will be achieved or not. An organization’s business
dynamics and how effectively it is linked with the
leadership capability helps us in forming the
development agenda.
Mindset: This leg of triathlon talks about creating a model that has
both top down and bottom up processes. Effective communication
channels and levers of change are key elements. Creating/
suggesting internal and/or external mechanisms to support the
change process along with integrating different elements to
provide one direction are critical requirements for the success of
this approach.
