• Daily winder rope and attachment examinations as required by law.
• Everyday rigging in plant and underground.
• Operate mobile crane.
• Monthly lifting equipment inspections.
• Health and safety control as required by company
• All relevant Administration/Head office communications.
• Repaired and Load tested all lifting equipment.
• Load test overhead gantry cranes, mobile cranes and forklifts.
• Winder Ropes, full legal inspections and detailed maintenance as required by law.
• In house training with all staff in relation to rigger/Ropesman apprentership.
• Assist with changing out the conveyor belts and splicing of all belts
