Summary<br />Experience: 18 - 22 Years<br /> Location: Delhi<br />Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization,Graduation Not Required PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations <br />Industry Type: FMCG/Foods/Beverage<br />Role: Head/VP/GM-HR<br />Functional Area: HR / Administration, IR<br />Posted Date: 16 Feb<br />Desired Candidate Profile<br />•Any post graduate in HR/ Psychology/MBA/ PM & IR with 18 to 22 yrs of experience in the entire HR.•Strong in Generalist Role ,IR and Administration•Strong leadership skills, business acumen, analytical mindset and accountability.•Knowledge of HR processes - C&B, Succession Planning etc•Knowledge of statutory compliance•Ability to ensure efficient administrative services•Effective Communication, Assertiveness•Quality Decision making, Team Player, Ability to manage stress, Time management, Analytical ability.<br /> Only male candidates from any manufacturing industry will  be considered <br />Job Description<br />Organisational & Management Responsibilities•Drive changes both evolutionary and revolutionary in the existing policies and procedures•Demonstrate high level of integrity, knowledge of the organization to the world.• Ensure values, mission and vision of the organization to be known, understood and practiced by each individual in the organization• Track and forecast manpower requirements based on Sales projections.•Keep abreast with latest HR practices and bring about regular self up-gradation• Define the Measurements for Measuring the Accountability of the Human Resource in the Organisation.• Prepare & present the annual HR budget. Ensure return on resources.• Create awareness and the ownership among the employees about cost consciousness globally.• Regularly monitor the progress of all deliverables, slippages, cost etc and taking corrective measures, if required. Resource Acquisition •Design the organization structure and develop/maintain manpower requirement plan with a proactive focus on skill gaps.•Manpower Planning with Functional Heads•Ensure qualitative, cost effective and timely recruitments as per requirements•Review the existing organizational structure from time to time to ensure optimal and effective utilization of manpower<br />Training and Development• Ensure an effective training and development system is in place wherein training needs are effectively identified, training programs are planned and executed as per the schedule and effectiveness of training is measured from time to time• Ensure that an effective career planning and development system is in place• Conduct Soft Skill Trainings for employees to foster better team culture and effective delivery of individual responsibilities• Achieve per person training hours as per quality policy.<br />Performance Management• Ensure detailed job descriptions for all employees are in place• Ensure an effective, objective and transparent Performance Management System is in plac• Ensure specific, measurable, meaningful, relevant and time bound KRAs are defined for all employees as per the guidelines laid down in the performance management system• Ensure effective implementation of the System<br />Compensation & Personnel Management • Design and implement an effective and comprehensive Personnel Management System• Ensure effective administration of all personnel activities like leave and attendance, MIS etc• Lay down and implement the rules for punctuality and attendance.• Maintain work place discipline and code of ethics• Lay down comprehensive roles and responsibilities of each person in the organization.• Maintain accuracy & confidentiality of records • Design and implement an effective and competitive Compensation Management System• Periodically review the structure in accordance with the industry norms to improve on the existing structure and Ensure all Legal compliance.<br />Employee Relations • Assess and meet employee expectations, ensuring high degree of employee satisfaction.•Develop a congenial, healthy and competitive culture and assessing the same through periodic Employee Satisfaction Surveys.•Responsible for ensuring high degree of employee motivation and retention• Ensure effective communication mechanisms are in place facilitating effective communication across all functions globally.• Effectively resolve inter/intra functional issues/conflicts•Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers. •Monitoring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison with External Agencies, Govt. Resource Acquisition •Design the organization structure and develop/maintain manpower requirement plan with a proactive focus on skill gaps.•Manpower Planning with Functional Heads•Ensure qualitative, cost effective and timely recruitments as per requirements•Review the existing organizational structure from time to time to ensure optimal and effective utilization of manpower<br />Training and Development• Ensure an effective training and development system is in place wherein training needs are effectively identified, training programs are planned and executed as per the schedule and effectiveness of training is measured from time to time• Ensure that an effective career planning and development system is in place• Conduct Soft Skill Trainings for employees to foster better team culture and effective delivery of individual responsibilities• Achieve per person training hours as per quality policy.<br />Performance Management• Ensure detailed job descriptions for all employees are in place• Ensure an effective, objective and transparent Performance Management System is in plac• Ensure specific, measurable, meaningful, relevant and time bound KRAs are defined for all employees as per the guidelines laid down in the performance management system• Ensure effective implementation of the System<br />Compensation & Personnel Management • Design and implement an effective and comprehensive Personnel Management System• Ensure effective administration of all personnel activities like leave and attendance, MIS etc• Lay down and implement the rules for punctuality and attendance.• Maintain work place discipline and code of ethics• Lay down comprehensive roles and responsibilities of each person in the organization.• Maintain accuracy & confidentiality of records • Design and implement an effective and competitive Compensation Management System• Periodically review the structure in accordance with the industry norms to improve on the existing structure and Ensure all Legal compliance.<br />Employee Relations • Assess and meet employee expectations, ensuring high degree of employee satisfaction.•Develop a congenial, healthy and competitive culture and assessing the same through periodic Employee Satisfaction Surveys.•Responsible for ensuring high degree of employee motivation and retention• Ensure effective communication mechanisms are in place facilitating effective communication across all functions globally.• Effectively resolve inter/intra functional issues/conflicts•Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers. •Monitoring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison with External Agencies, Govt.
