To engage their target audience, the company conducted an online survey to determine which genres of music and aspects of music videos were most popular. The survey expanded their audience from 30 to over 100 people and provided diverse opinions that helped them select the genre for their project. They then used social media to promote their product and gain feedback through another online survey. While COVID-19 impacted their ability to meet in person, it increased their online audience and allowed them to explore different genres.
