This document discusses a case study of typhoid cases at RSUD Banjarbaru Hospital from January to August 2015. It found that typhoid had the highest number of patients during this period, with peaks in February and March. Through interviews, one typhoid patient case was found to be linked to environmental changes, an unhealthy diet and work conditions. The study concludes that balancing the relationship between hosts, agents and the environment is important to prevent disease, and that public education on healthy living is needed.
