Background: Although endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (ETS) offers permanent cure of palmar
hyperhidrosis (PH), compensatory hyperhidrosis (CH) often complicates the procedure. We
analyzed the outcomes of 2 months interval unilateral sequential sympathectomy (S ETS) in
comparison with bilateral simultaneous sympathectomy (B ETS) notably regarding compensatory
and associated planter hyperhidrosis in treating patients with PH.
Methods: Four hundred and seven patients with intractable palmar hyperhidrosis were randomly

It was in a brainstorming situation that I discovered the topic of discussion I wanted to hear a
convincing opposition against. I knew that choosing something more controversial would garner a
greater opposition, but at the same time, I wanted to avoid topics that seemed almost too
commonplace in assignments like this. With that in mind, I decided to hear out the opposition
against my view of the inhumanity of solitary confinement. The person with whom I discussed,

We put all the lights on dimmers and as we were dimming them down the strobe flash lights
were dimmed up. We had four strobe lights and the consumption of the power of the four strobes
was too much for a one dimmer board. We daisy chained three of them to a one dimmer board
and had one more on the separate board. This effect was created to present an alter ego of the
protagonist and was used to emphasise the change of the mood and emotional state of mind. On

The most Dangerous Game is a very interesting suspenseful story. It is about a hunter Rainsford
who gets stranded in an island and finds a crazy man that hunts humans. To survive and leave the
island, he has to defeat Zaroff that has never lost a hunt. I believe that other than to entertain the
reason for the story is to send a message that all types of life matters. The characters
Whitney,Rainsford, and Zaroff had different views about that though.
Whitney isn t talked about much in this after Rainsford falls off the boat into the water but it talks
about his views on hunting animals. Whitney believes that hunting animals isn t right and that the
enjoyment is given to the hunters. He believes that the animals have understanding and feel the
pain of getting hunted. He actually believes that there is an ethical concern on killing animals
