Bullying is defined as repeated aggressive behavior intended to hurt someone physically, mentally, or emotionally. There are two main types of bullying: verbal and non-verbal. Verbal bullying uses the voice and body to hurt others through actions like name-calling, spreading rumors, and threatening. Non-verbal bullying occurs through technological means like email, social media, texts, and cell phones. To overcome bullying, one should build confidence, avoid isolation, report it to trusted adults, and remember that bullying is a crime.
