1. Buddhism Essay
Crafting an essay on Buddhism can be both challenging and enlightening. The difficulty lies not
only in the vastness and complexity of the topic but also in the need to capture the essence of a
profound and ancient philosophy. Buddhism encompasses a wide array of teachings, traditions,
and historical developments that require meticulous research and understanding.
To delve into the heart of Buddhism, one must navigate through its core principles, historical
evolution, and diverse schools of thought. The task involves exploring concepts such as the Four
Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, and the intricate nature of karma and meditation. Furthermore,
understanding the life and teachings of Siddhartha Gautama, the founder of Buddhism, is crucial
for presenting a comprehensive and insightful essay.
Moreover, discussing the impact of Buddhism on different cultures, societies, and individuals
adds another layer of complexity. One must carefully analyze how Buddhism has shaped beliefs,
practices, and social structures throughout history.
Despite these challenges, writing an essay on Buddhism can be a rewarding journey of self-
discovery and intellectual growth. It provides an opportunity to grapple with profound
philosophical ideas and explore their relevance in the contemporary world. By critically engaging
with the material, writers can develop a nuanced understanding of Buddhism and its broader
implications.
In conclusion, while composing an essay on Buddhism demands intellectual rigor and a deep
dive into a rich philosophical tradition, the process is ultimately an enriching experience. It offers
a chance to explore the complexities of human thought and spirituality, making the effort
worthwhile for those seeking to broaden their perspectives.

2. The Effect Of Aerobic Exercise On Patients With Chronic...
Literature review; The effect of aerobic exercise on VO2 max in patients with chronic
heart failure.
Patients suffering from chronic heart failure (CHF) often suffer from a decreased
aerobic exercise capacity and exercise intolerance, which leads to a progressive
deterioration in functional capacity (Belardinelli et al. 1999). This review will focus
on four controlled clinical studies which have examined the effect of exercise
training on VO2 max in patients with CHF.
Coats et al. (1992) compared a phase of normal activity to a training period in a group
of patients to assess if there was an improvement in VO2 max due to exercise
compared to rest. A group of seventeen men over 60 years of age with moderate to
severe chronic heart failure (NYHA class II III) and a left ventricular ejection fraction
of 19.6 В± 2.3% took part in a controlled crossover trial consisting of an exercise
phase and a resting phase. During the exercise phase the participants exercised for
8 weeks on a training bicycle at 50RPM for 20 minutes a day at 60 80% of their
maximum heart rate for five days per week. The patients undertook exercise testing
to calculate VO2 max before and after each phase. An overall mean compliance to
exercise was calculated to be 77.3% using a revolution counter installed on each
bike. The exercise phase showed a significant increase in VO2 max (13.2 В± 0.9 to
15.6 В± 1.0 ml/kg/min) when compared with controls in this study. No significant
difference was observed between
3. Essay On Ecological Footprint
Climate change is affecting the earth through increases in temperature, melting of
polar ice caps, changes in precipitation patterns, and many more environmental
changes. Countries throughout the world emit greenhouse gasses everyday which
contributes to the greenhouse effect on our atmosphere. This causes a heating of our
atmosphere affecting our environment alongside increasing the global temperature. It
is up to policy makers and government officials to enforce more efficient and
environmentally protecting laws to fight against climate change. Projections of
becoming more eco centric is favourable for the world environmentally and countries
in an economic standpoint (Enkvist, 2007). Reducing our ecological footprint is
beneficial in all aspects of society. The steps to become more environment aware
which policy makers can make, either big or small, can accumulate to a big change
throughout countries. Economic growth due to changes in becoming greener is an
incentive to countries to benefit both their wealth and the environment (Enkvist,
2007). In addition, the few negative impacts on humans through new policies have
mitigation effects which compensate and is substantial to improve on human health
on a global scale (Haines, 2009). Socio economic and political conditions have to
be assessed when making such changes and can prove to delay the progression of
greener options (Vuuren, 2007). Developed countries, especially, need reduction of
their greenhouse gases to decrease ecological footprint and for less contribution to
climate change. Taking steps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions have beneficial
impact on human health. From reducing the use of auto vehicles, making households
more energy efficient, to using lower carbon fuel technologies, can improve the
quality of life of the current and next generations. Policy makers in developed
countries can enforce new laws to benefit a whole range of problems currently
(Haines, 2009). There are many sectors to take measures to reduce GHG emissions
such as household energy, agriculture, transport, and electricity generation (Gurria,
2009). Efforts have been seen to reduce child mortality by reducing pollution,
increase avoidance of diseases of the heart and lungs.
4. Pro Life Movement Thesis
McDuffie 1
The pro life movement is an organization that supports all rights to life. When the pro
life movement is mentioned, abortion is usually the first thing that comes to mind.
Although abortion is a big focal point for the organization, it is not the only issue
they address. The death penalty, assisted suicide, and euthanasia are also addressed
within this organization. The people involved believe these actions to be extremely
unethical because they are for ?the proposition that every human being has an equal
worth and dignity, that every human being has a right to live? (Stark). The pro life
movement actually used to be considered liberal, but with changing times it is now
considered conservative (Miller)

5. Willy Foil
Death of a Salesman Questions
One comes to know Willy over several key points in the play. One especially
revealing point is in the beginning of the play he comes home from work and
contradicts himself to no end, when talking about Biff he says Biff is a lazy bum!
then later going on to contradict himself saying There s one thing about Biff he s not
lazy later in the same dialogue. This shows that Willy is unstable in his thoughts and
not in the right mind.
Uncle Charley is the foil to Willy in the way Charley always set realistic goals and
was very truthful to himself while Willy was always telling himself he was the
best and he could do anything he wanted to which was not realistic. To Biff
Bernard is his foil due to the fact in high school Bernard focused on his school
work and becomes a successful and didn t rely on his popularity to gain success but
his education. Contrast to Bernard Biff was focused on being popular and a football
big shot and did rely on his popularity to gain success. ... Show more content on

Humorous Best Man Speech
The hotel management have asked me to ask you not to stand on the tables or chairs
during the standing ovation at the end of my speech.
Now, I asked around for an idea of how long my speech should last, and the general
response was about as long as it takes the groom to make love. So with that in
mind, thank you, you have been a wonderful audience. (Sit and then get back up) I
think an introduction is worthwhile. For those of you who do not yet know me my
name is Whatwouldvouliketodrink. I hope as many of you will come and say hello
at the bar later, but I do insist you use my full name.

amount of fun at my future husband, with stories and jokes about his past exploits,
but I do want you to remember that this is our wedding day and I don t want
something that you might say or do to spoil it. With this in mind, please take note of
the following and I m sure we ll all have a wonderful day:
1. Do not get drunk.
2. Do not use bad language.
3. Do not tell dirty jokes.
4. Do not sing.

some of my duties I have been involved with. One of my first tasks was to help get

MURPHY BREWERY IRELAND
SYNOPSIS
This case examines the marketing of Murphy s Irish Stout at the time of the merger
between Guinness and Grand Metropolitan. Murphy Brewery is owned by Heineken
International and has expanded its scope beyond Ireland in recent years. However,
the brand is a distant second internationally to Guinness in the stout category.
Furthermore, the company has launched a new brand Murphy s Irish Amber.
This case discusses the Murphy s situation in Ireland, the UK, and Europe, as well as
the United States. One of the issues to be examined is whether the company should
have similar positioning worldwide.

percentage of 89% export is the highest of all brewers. Its size is only 60% of AB.
Exhibit 5 depicts the GMG brands. The size of Guinness compared to Murphy s is
much larger. The fact that with the merger GMG has Bailey s Irish Creme in its
stable of brands is significant.
Exhibit 6 shows the most popular imported brands in the U.S. The Murphy s size of

8. Racism In Public Schools
The presentation focuses on the modern day events of racism and the effects of
racism as well. For instance, the current event article focuses on how Racism in
schools is pushing more black families to homeschool their children. Ama Mazama,
the author of the article, interviewed seventy four African American homeschooling
families from around the U.S, which allowed her to capture the main reasons why
black parents tend to homeschool their children. She identified two important
problems within schools: the curriculum and teachers attitudes and behaviors.
Mazama makes the statement that U.S. schools focus on a Eurocentric view. One of
the fathers she interviewed stated All we learn about is their stuff, and we know
nothing about our stuff, our history, our culture (Mazama). Thus, focusing on the
contributions white people make to developing America.... Show more content on

Many white teachers seem to bring into the schools the many racist stereotypes and
attitudes that have been ingrained in them, especially the notions that blacks lack in
intelligence, or are notoriously lazy and bent on criminality. African American
students are more than twice as likely to be labeled cognitively deficient than white
American students. Although they only make up 17 percent of the student
population, they nonetheless represent 33 percent of those enrolled in programs for
the mentally challenged. Thus, homeschooling provides African American parents
the space and time to educate their children by providing exposure to the
contributions black people have made throughout

Child Pornography
Child Pornography is the abuse of innocent children that has been put on display and
oftentimes sold for a profit. It is used largely by pedophiles to help lure other children
into illicit relationship situations that no child should ever have to endure. Because
the Internet provides global access, the number of sex offenders using this avenue has
dramatically increased, allowing them greater access to innocent victims.
Child pornography is illegal in the United States regardless of whether it is being
sold, viewed, saved on a computer or copied. Other countries have varying laws
regarding child pornography where it is illegal to produce it but not to have it stored
on a computer that you own. Although laws may be in place to protect against child
pornography across the global community, those laws are not always enforced. Some
countries have no laws at all against child pornography, making those countries a
haven for distribution.

11. Imaging Of Musculoskeletal Disorders And The Early 1900
s...
Imaging of musculoskeletal disorders began in the early 1900 s with the invention
and utilization of radiography and fluoroscopic equipment (McKinnis, 2014).
Evolutions in imaging now allow for clearer digital recorded images of fluoroscopy,
radiographs, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging
(McKinnis, 2014). From the beginning, imaging has not been an isolated or sole
diagnostic tool. The clinician s expertise in the evaluation process, the
comprehensive evaluation and assessment of the patient, documented and reported
patient history, associated signs and symptoms, and the additional medical test
results along with red flags must be taken into account when considering referral
for imaging (Dutton, 2012; McKinnis, 2014). There are several clinical prediction
rules and guidelines, which have been created to assist health care providers in
managing the utilization and prevention of inappropriate imaging (Dutton, 2012;
Gan, Harkey, Hemingway, Hughes, Duszak, 2016; Gidwani et al., 2016; McKinnis,
2014). Based on the aforementioned information, not all spinal patients will require
or should receive spinal imaging. MRIs and other forms of imaging can produce
false negatives, false positives, and reader interpretation and assessment errors,
therefore the results of a MRI or any other form of imaging should not be the sole
reason for any diagnosis or intervention (Dutton, 2012; Fu et al., 2016; Gan, Harkey,

After an amazing performance of the concerto, Heidi Van Hoesen Gorton left the
stage and the rest of the orchestra came back to play selections from Mendelssohn s
Midsummers Night Dream. The first movement they started with was Scherzo. The
start was a very light, quiet and fast melody flute with smaller intervals. The tempo,
as stated in the title is very fast paced and the melody contained many shorter duration
notes. The clarinets then repeat the melody. After the flutes have melody again, but
more instruments join, increasing the dynamic level. Interval jumps in the middle of
phrases put emphasis on the down beats, giving the clear impression of a compound
time signature. After this section, the low woodwinds play a figure with descending...

The movement starts with a brass fanfare with triplet figures. This part was very
light, short, and bright. The strings then played the main theme of the song and the
rest of the orchestra joins. This melody was very flourished with trills in the phrase.
Everything was crisp and light and the timpani provided support to the main melody.
The brass section then joins the melody and crash symbols add emphasis to the
melody. Accented percussion gave it a sense of grandiose. The melody continues to
repeat and then a new melody was introduced in the upper voices. Other instruments
join the melody and this repeated for some time. After this section the main theme of
the song was played again. Then, the dynamic drops all of the sudden and it switches
to a much more lyrical melody. The melody contained longer note durations and was
very legato. Smaller intervals make it much more smooth. Other instruments play a
ostinato underneath with faster duration notes to push the phrase. The brass fanfare
then comes in and is played underneath the melody. This serves as a transition back to
the main theme. The fanfare is then played again and flute trill was being played
underneath and then there is a ritardando until the
13. Evil Tendencies of Jack Merridew in William GoldingВґs
Lord...
Stories through history argue that evil tendencies are shown in early life. One
character, Jack Merridew in Lord of the Flies by William Golding, is a perfect
example. This young boy is the evolving antagonist who brings discord in his
wake, and fundamentally undermines the representative society on the island. At
the outset, he is seen as a plainly ugly redheaded child, only possessing his
grandiose black cloak, but evolves into something more sinister. Jack s actions are
impulsive, but effective in moving his darker motives forward. He uses his
following of other young boys as muscle, demonstrates his power, and corrupts the
world of Lord of the Flies with his destructive behaviors. As well as demonstrating
the characteristics of a harsh leader, Jack fits the description of evil under other
descriptions. Jack is the character that moves the novel forward with his harsh words
and conduct, as illustrated by his dominance, pride, and selfishness. Dominance is a
strong trait in Jack, showing this through his brash actions quickly. His character is
introduced with a sense of authority. The boywho controlled them [the choir] was
dressed in the same way though his cap badge was golden. Before one even knows
Jack s name, he is demonstrated to be the leader by wearing a color at a higher rank
than the rest. Jack is the leader of his choir group of schoolboys, and frequently
asserts his dominance by yelling at the young children to stand still! and follow his
orders. Although
14. Violent Language In The French Revolution
It was thanks to the power of language that revolutionaries in France influenced the
population to unify and embrace their movement and new ideas. The belief in the
freedom of language, of expression, and of the press that grew out of
Enlightenment philosophies strengthened the creation of new publications that
challenged the status quo and spread revolutionary concepts. By 1791 there were
150 newspapers, some of which sought to rally the people toward violent action.
Jean Paul Marat, who published a daily paper called The People s Friend, notably
declared: The political machine can only be wound up by violence, just as the air
can only be cleared by words (Vidalenc). While violent language did inspire violent
action in the name of revolution, the hopeful language of equality celebrated in the
writing of the Enlightenment also paved the way for the revolution, like
Montesquieu s Spirit of Laws of 1748 that talked about liberty and Rousseau s Social
Contract of 1762 in which he wrote that the person of the meanest citizen is as sacred
and inviolable as that of the first magistrate, declaring equality between men
(Rousseau 36). As the revolutionary movement grew, so did the danger for those who
believed in it. Because of the conflict, confusion, and complication inherent in the
political and cultural upheaval of the French Revolution, it was difficult for people to
know who to trust. Codes became critical. OpenLearn s article on Art in the French
Revolution shares that
15. The Growth Of Trade Between Africa
The growth of trade between Africa, Asia and Europe influenced a very important
religion. The location of the Islamic world was ideal for trade, it lay between the
Mediterranean Sea and the Indian Ocean. Muslims traveled by land and sea, creating
a network of trade. A Muslim scholar named Ibn Battuta traveled around Europe,
Africaand Asia for about 7 years. Ibn Battuta traveled all around West Africa, Europe
and Asia. The goods they traded were silk, paper, dishes, spices, gems and coconuts.
By A.D. 1000, Islamhad the world s largest cities outside of China. One of the

The Trans Saharan caravan routes began in North Africa along the Northwestern
border of the Sahara.
In 1352, a Muslim named Ibn Battuta crossed the Sahara with a trade caravan.
Battuta s caravan began at the Oasis city of Sijilmasa, on the northern edge of the
Sahara in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. Battuta stayed in the Sijilmasa for a
few months, waiting for the rainy season to end.
When the Oasis s were full, the traders set out. They traveled from Oasis to Oasis.
Walking across the desert was dangerous, one time during the trip the traders could
not find water so they slaughtered there camels and drank there water. The caravan
stopped at Taghaza, a village where salt mines were located. They took on a load of
salt. There entire journey took about 2 months (Frey, History Alive).
The traders used to just trade between settlements when trade was hard. After a while
the traders gained new methods of travel and this helped them carry more supplies
across the Sahara. The first traders traded Yams, Mahogany and Grains. The new
ones traded Silk, Paper, Dishes, Spices, Gems and Coconuts.

16. Reasons For The Collapse Of The Han And Mayan Empires
A number of complex and enduring empires have dominated large parts of Afro
Eurasia, and Meso America. Among these were the Han Empire in China, the
Roman Empire in the Mediterranean Basin, and the Maya in Meso America.
These empires had wealth, power, and they are a vast size, but they all suffered
their unfortunate collapse. There are multiple factors that contribute to the
collapse of these empires such as warfare, taxes, the environment, problems with
the government, religion, and shortage of resources like food and water. The
reasons for the collapse of the Han and the Mayan empires are very similar.
However, there are also some striking differences of the reasons why these empires
collapsed. The Han Empire s disintegration happened because of 3 reasons:
warfare, governmental problems, taxes, and shortage of resources like food and
water. Warfare had an impact on the failure of the Han Empire because they needed
a lot of strong and efficient armies which led to the need for manpower, food, horses,
and weapons. These needs couldn t be fulfilled because the taxes were so high
(governmental problem) that the peasants had no way of paying their taxes resulting
many joining rich land owning generals lands which means that these peasants are
now under their command. Since these peasants left their land to join those that were

Free trade is a policy that is followed by international markets in which those
countries governments do not restrict imports or exports. Free trade generally
includes the trade of goods without taxes or tariffs, free access to markets, trade
agreements, and the inability to interfere with markets through a government enacted
monopoly or oligopoly power. This paper will look at how free trade came about
and the unequal benefit between nations in the system of free trade. Figure 1 shows

In the next box we see treaties that reduce trade barriers. Along with those treaties
there is trade liberalization due to the MFN and other institutions. The last thing
we see in the second box is trade liberalization expansion also due to the MFN. All
of this lead to the development of the Multilateral Recognition Arrangements
(MLA) the purpose of the MLA, is to promise joint credit of accredited certification
amongst parties to the MLA, and then support of qualified certification in several
markets created on only one certification. In short it adds to the freedom of world
trade by removing technical barriers to free trade. Some historical examples of the
transition into free trade would be the change from mercantilism to the 19th century
free trade system. It started Britain s unilateral liberalization including the abolition
of the corn law, the Cobden Chevalier treaty, and the Imperial preference in 1935. An
example of the MFN would be the Jay Treaty in 1794, the United States gave the
most favored nation trading position to Britain. Along with the Jay Treaty the World
Trade Organization that was created in 1994, requires members to grant one another
most favored nation status. The expansion of free trade started in Britain. In the
U.K. free trade developed into an essential belief practiced by the 1840s. Thanks to
the Treaty of Nanking, China then opened five treaty ports to world trade around
1843. The

crime, there is no evidence for Abner burning Mr. Harris barn but the court still

20. Non Violence Research Paper
Although playing video games is one of the most famous ways for entertainment
around the world, some people find them harmful for gamers. While others, who
support playing video games, find it extremely helpful. Vehemence is definitely a
way of expressing a person s feelings, but the benefits of video games depend on the
way a gamer plays, and some ways are better than others. Therefore, this paper will
support that video games do not make gamers violent regarding relationship and logic.
Video games can help people be non violence by making friends. To begin with,
studied shows that more than the half of the respondents, who play video games, do
not play alone. They play with their friends or family members focusing on
associating strategies (i.e. teamwork or helping each other to achieve a goal). As a
result, they are in friendly situations with their friends and family, which can
indirectly help to reduce their violent ,if they are violent. As this situation can prevent
people of being violent, statistically violence is not the result of playing video games.

According to the Source statistic, around 65% of households have a video games
device, which means that the majority of households have encountered video games.
If video games made gamers violent, then 65% of households would be in violent
situation, which contradict with the logic of a human brain. On this conclusion, we
can say that theoretically video games cannot be a major factor of making people
violent.
This paper has clearly demonstrated that video games do not make gamers violent.
Although video games may have some disadvantages, their advantages are more and
it can contribute to reducing violent. It is my strong opinion that the information
mentioned above supports the idea that logically video games cannot make gamers
violent. If video games are utilized correctly by gamers, the results will not be Worst

The world is growing at such an intensely fast rate that it can t keep up with itself.
Looking at countries like China and India that are just piling on top of each other,
one gets a bit of an understanding of just how cram packed the world has become.
With one billion people in India, a region half the size of the U.S, we can see that
this could create a problem if there was a disaster, or an internal issue in that nation.
Europeis now faced with one of the biggest influx of people that it has seen since
the Balkan wars of the 1990s.( Anne Paludan: Refugees in Europe) Failed states
have created such terrible living conditions of fear and unlivable habitats that
people are desperate to get to safe locations. Why is there such a large number of
refugees, and how can Europe create a system through its politics to combat the
issues that come with a mass influx of refugees? Are terrorists the ones to blame for
all Syrian refugeecrises? Does Islamic radicalism play a key roll in the reason for
war in the Middle East, or are westerners ignorant to the reasons behind these
current crises? Are there any systems that can be put in place to help migrants and
refuges, or is the key to Europe s on going sustainability going to be the refusal and
removal of refugees? These questions are not easy to answer and have to be looked
at with open eyes, and sensitivity to such a complicated issue. However, the terror of

All leaders wield a certain significant level of influence within their organizations or
over their followers based upon their own personal philosophy. Being a leader without
considering on a personal level key values that one finds important can result in
inconsistent outcomes. Establishing a leadership philosophy helps guide actions,
behaviors and thoughts. A leadershipphilosophy is developed through a combination
of internal and external forces that impact an individual over their lifetime. There
have been a number of theories formulated that attempt to explain what the traits of a
successful leader consists of. One theory is that certain traits such as extraversion,

By constantly reflecting on how a leaders actions impact their followers a successful
leader can recognize their assumptions and learn how they, as leaders, react to certain
situations. Patti Clayton, a faculty member for North Carolina State University and
article writer for the journal On the Horizon states, the value of reflection on
experience as a way to enhance learning has been advanced since the days of
Dewey (1910), who noted that such reflection is key not only to improved
understanding, but also to more informed and effective action. Learning through
reflection on the implementation of innovative pedagogies, especially those that are
themselves grounded in reflection on experience (Clayton). To develop and grow as
a leader it is important that reflection occurs. Personally, I have reflected on both the
positive and negative significant events in my life. I have attempted to recognize the
meaning of each event and somehow identify how I could grow as a result. I take
the time out of my schedule every three days to reflection my actions that I think are
significant to me or anyone that I have come in contact with. Reflection for me is
more than talking and thinking about past experiences. Rather, it is a total emotional
and physical effort in attempts to understand how such significant events have helped
shape who we are as

The consolidated Statement of Earning or income statement, tells the user about the
sales and expensed applied by the Home Deport during the fiscal year. An analysis
of income statements shows a company with strong sales figures and the worth of
up to $71 billion sales per year. Nevertheless, the one thing that is very noticeable is
the substantial drop in sales from to Fiscal 2008 compared to previous years. Home
DepotВґs net sales in Fiscal have dropped from 25,997 to 23,990 (in the millions). In
addition to the drop in sales, Home Depot had reported higher expenses throughout
Fiscal 2008. The statements provides through information that is very helpful
throughout the decision making process of the company. For example, upper
management may determine that a struggling economy is the possible cause of the
decrease in sales and it may not be the best time to introduce any new projects. Also,
the company may decide to increase their credit programs for consumers with the
intention to increase sales. In general, the company is strong, however the drop in
sales and net earnings cannot warrant some cautions until the economy shows signs
of improvement and the sales and net earnings continue to drop. The drop in sales
and net earnings shows that even the strong companies are affected when the
economy is not doing so well.

Being a RA is not only about creating a community for the residents and ensure that

27. Importance Of Listening Skills
Listening is more often used in communication than other skills. It plays a
significant role in communication and is considered as one of the fundamental
skills in learning English. According to Burley Allen in Flowerdew and Miller,
(2005: 22 23), the importance of listening skills for communication can be seen from
the average time people spend in daily communication. People usually spend 35% of
their time for speaking, 16% for reading, 9% for writing and 40% for listening. Thus,
listening in this matter is the highest skillto use in communication.
Listening also plays an important role in language teaching. It provides the aural
input that serves the basis of language acquisition and enables learners to interact in
spoken communication. The student with good listening skills will be able to
participate more effectively in communicative situations, because they are able to
understand the message being conveyed. Listening which has been called as the
neglected or ignored language art for more than 50 years for it is rarely taught in
kindergarten until eighth grade, as a result it is considered as the most difficult skill
to be acquired.
Listening has an important role in communication, even though it is also an activity
that is hard to teach to the students. As Perez, (2000:1811) in Mayor, (2009:1) states
that listening is a complex problem solving skill which is difficult to teach and until
a few years ago listening has not been accepted as the skill that should be

An Overview of Potential National Security Threats
Public Health and National Security: Assessing Potential Threats
Identifying the primary threat to U.S. national security interests is a difficult task
given the pervasiveness of multiple threats of these kinds. Indeed, a number of unique
threats have emerged in recent years. A variety of non traditional concerns regarding
U.S. national security should become important issues in the years ahead, and issues
of these kinds should be incorporated into the overall U.S. national security strategy.
One such issue is disease. The United States is now more vulnerable to epidemics of
disease than it has been for quite some time in part because of the globalization ...

One of these is the potential destabilizing effect that extensive and long term
environmental damage may exercise. For example, the greater the impact of climate
change, the more likely it will be that domestic unrest within the United States related
to food, health, economic, and environmental difficulties will take place. The general
consensus among experts in the fields that are related to environmental science is that
significant climate change and other environmental difficulties are taking place, and
that these will likely impact human well being in the future. Political and economic
conditions of the kind that are impacted by environmental conditions exercise an
inevitable impact on national security as well (Schwartz, 1998).
Bioterrorism and Economic Instability National security considerations regarding the
spread of disease, and potential epidemics, and potential environmental difficulties
overlap with what is presently the most significant U.S. national security concern and
that is the threat of international terrorism. The genuine threat of bioterrorism means
that disease related concerns and environmental concerns overlap with potential
threats involving terrorism. This concern is enhanced by the possibility that terrorist
organizations may be able to obtain biologically dangerous materials, and use these
for destructive purposes. For example, in the early 2000s the United

Imagine if your child or you walked into school and was randomly tested for drug
residue. You or your child did nothing wrong and they have no evidence that he or
she was taking drugs. How would you feel about that? Would you be alright with
that? This is brought up because this topic of being drug tested in schools randomly
is being argued about quite often. Drug testsshould not be mandatory for students
because they violate students rights, are very costly, and are not an effective way
of getting rid of drug use in schools. Firstly, drug tests should not be required for
students because they violate students rights. Drug tests sometimes increase
feelings of paranoia and guilt, which is not right. The athletes have not done
anything wrong, yet the school treats them like they have with these drug tests. A
boy was trying out for a sport and in order to be able to play, he had to take a drug
test. His father was very against it, as well as his son. York considered it a violation
of his son s privacy and thought it sent the message that his son was guilty until
proven innocent (McLure). In the American court system we follow the rule of
Innocent until proven guilty . The drug tests are going against the traditional
American court system that our Founding Fathers created in the early years of our
country. They fought for our country and some died. They took the job of setting up
guidelines for our government and country, which most likely was not easy. The most

When we think of sport, we think of fair play, competition, strength and
determination. Australians are extremely passionate about their sport and do not hide
this fact. They are drawn in by the need to win and the atmosphere sport prevails,
influencing the way sport is viewed on the world of commercialism. Majority of
Australians would sit down to watch at least one significant sporting event every year.
Whether this be through the sportof rugby, tennis, cricket or the Olympics,
Australians are attracted to seeing their team or country perform to the best of their
ability. We must discuss the need to watch these events and the organisations need to

reasons. However, this does not come without a number of negatives. A dominating
influence on commercialism in sport is the influence of doping. The pressure to

enhance their own performance by taking banned substances. Another negative effect
on media in sports shows the demanding need for gambling. Australians are choosing

Geoffrey Canada pens a book that is part biography, part social view, a very
thoughtful look into inner city violence and the rules surrounding it. The book
describes how his personal history with violence influenced his work with youth
and the programs that he has started to support them. Geoffrey Canada describes
the progression of violence that had happened in his lifetime. He also points out
that there is a disturbing difference between what the streets were like in the 1960s
compared to those of today. As great storyteller, Geoffrey Canada is thoroughly
convincing. His Book Fist Stick Knife Gun, is a great explanation of violence and
poverty in late 20th century here in America s inner cities. Of how he changed
from a timid and frightened child into a young man who could hold his own in a
fight in the streets, is written in a believable way. Canada actually learned the way
of the streets because he grew up in the streets. All of his experiences first started
when he was a child when he and his friends used their fists to settle disputes and to
gain a reputation that would bring respect from the other kids in the neighborhood.
At times, those disputes would escalate with other weapons like a knife. Having
grown up in the South Bronx in the 1960s, Mr. Canada brings you to a time when
violence was ever present but guns were not. At that time there were a very few adult
men in the neighborhood, and the police were of very little assistance. Not even old

1. Introduction
1.1 Why focus on supply chain design?
The last 20 years have seen the emergence of the supply chain as a critical
competitive force in today s increasingly turbulent marketplace (Lee and Billington
1992; Lee 2004; Melnyk et al. 2009). By drawing on the capabilities (i.e., capacity
and skills) offered by the supply chain (the set of upstream and downstream entities
who work either directly or indirectly with the п¬Ѓrm) and by developing and
fostering appropriate ties with both customers and suppliers, п¬Ѓrms can realise
significant benefits in the form of reduced inventories, lower costs, enhanced
responsiveness, and improved strategic focus in terms of design, execution and
capital investments (Harvard Business Review 2006). Providing further support for
the supply chain s impact on performance, AMR (a leading supply chain research
organisation) stated that in 2008 the top 25 companies with best supply chain

34. Analysis Of Allen Ginsberg s Super Market
In Allen Ginsberg s Super market in California , the author addresses his view on the
American society. He talks about the ideal America through symbolism and famous
controversial poets. Ginsberg is an American poet and one of the members of the
Beats movement. Together, Allen and the Beats writers try to show the natural
beauty of America that has been corrupted and lost to industrialisation. In this essay, I
will address the symbolism of the setting and its representation of the America of Walt
Whitmans imagination compared to Allen Ginsbergs view of America.
In the beginning of the poem, Walt Whitman is poking among the meats in the
refrigerator and eyeing the grocery boys. This introduction of Whitman begins by
showing us that Whitman is a minority among the American population.
Homosexuality was prohibited and looked down upon during 1955. When Ginsberg
says Poking at the meats, he is implying a sexual message involving homosexuality
and the use of male genitals in certain sexual acts. Ginsberg publishes this poem in
1955; the poem describes California and most of America during that time. In
addition, during this time, the American civil rights movements arose and equality
for gay rights began during this time. Ginsberg also seems to emphasise the solidarity
of Whitman and himself. At one point, he describes Whitman as a lonely old grubber
and when he finally meets up with him, they are walk in open corridors together

35. What Role Does Dolley Play In Women s Rights
Although women now have many more rights and freedoms than what they used to,
it didn t simply happen over night. Throughout the course of history men have
always had a superior role to women in our society. White Men could own land,
earn a wage, get an education, and state their political ideas much before women
ever could. Women have earned their way closer to being equivalent to men by
fighting for a higher position in law, receiving education, and advancing to wage
labor in the work force. Women today can vote, run for office, and have many
interactions with politics, but it took a lot to lead up to this point. Dolley Madison,
wife of James Madison, played an important role in women s political life. Known as
the Presidentress , Dolley hosted many femalesocial political parties called Mrs.
Madison s Crush or squeeze . At Mrs. Madison s parties, information was often
traded, informal channels were established, and political access was gained. She

This is an example of the change of the social structure of america. The gentry class

men had the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, which seems like a
very revolutionary change from the right to being searched for no clear reason. This

the American people no longer had to be subject to housing two to four British

39. Fundamental Error
One of the biggest problems we have in society today is the division between blacks
and whites. Though the United States has come a long way in this separation, we still
see major disparities in every social institution; blacks being on the negative end in
each. Between the prison system, school, and the work place, there hasn t been
enough, if any, programs or laws to change that. The reason is, there are a lot of
people who think the problem is not with the systems, but just a problem with the
individuals. This is referred to as the Fundamental Attribution Error. This theory
explains that when a person is evaluating another person s behavior, they typically
overestimate the personal disposition impact and underestimate the impact of the
situation.

very much. Children enjoy spending time with their grandparents because they are
full of stories and always seem to have candy or cookie with them. Children are
always excited about their grandparents visitation especially on holidays and
birthdays. They hoped that one day they will see their granddaughters grow up and
change the world. In the long run, their life turned upside down, and they never get
to see that day comes to pass. One day they are here and then they are gone, leaving
you behind wondering what you could have done to keep them longer. First of all,
my great grandmother Akosua, was not just an ordinary woman. She was talented,
adventurous, friendly and joyful person you will ever meet. When grandmother
Akosua was younger, she traveled around the world, serving her famous cuisine to
workers in isolated places. There were any cars during those day so she walked by
foot crossing boarder to boarder entering into other lands. She would take two
week trip to the other native land and sell food to the people who were living or
working there. Sometimes when her food is finished, she would stay longer, and

41. Essay on The Song of Solomon
Book Title
Song of Solomon
Author
Toni Morrison
Summary
The first black boy ever born in Mercy Hospital in a town in Michigan comes into
the world the day after an insurance agent named Robert Smith kills himself by trying
to fly from the roof of the hospital across Lake Superior. The boy s mother, Ruth,
nurses him until he is eight or nine years old, thus earning him the ridiculous
nickname Milkman.
Milkman befriends an older boy named Guitar, visits his Aunt Pilate, and falls in
love with Pilate s granddaughter Hagar. Milkman also lives in fear of his father, the
methodical businessman Macon Dead. When Macon discovers that Milkman has
been visiting Pilate s house, he makes the boy come to work for him to diminish his
free time. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Macon agrees, but only if Milkman will steal the green bag of gold hanging from
Pilate s ceiling gold, he says, Pilate stole from the camp of a man he murdered when
they were children, right after their father died and right before their estrangement.
Milkman and Guitar pull off the robbery, but find out that the bag is full of bones the
bones of the man Macon killed.
Milkman travels to Pennsylvania, officially to look for the gold, but also to trace his
family s history. He meets Circe, an ancient woman who gives him some clues about
his background, and he travels to Shalimar, Virginia, where his family originated. The
symbolic geography of the novel is extremely important: black history radiates from
the South, and becomes more uncertain the further North one travels; Milkman
begins the novel in Michigan, and must travel southward and eastward to recover his
fragmented family history.
He gradually fills in the pieces, with the help of Susan Byrd and a nonsensical child s
song: he is the grandson of Jake and Sing; Jake was the youngest son of a slave
named Solomon and his wife Ryna. Solomon is supposed to have had the power of
flight, and to have flown back to Africa. Ryna was miserable about his
disappearance, and these facts are now recorded in the cliff called Solomon s Leap
and the howling valley called Ryna s Gulch.
While Milkman is in Shalimar, Guitar appears and tries to murder him, thinking he
has taken the gold for himself.
Guitar then returns home in
42. Object Relation Theory
Theory Description
The object relations theory is centered on the idea that individuals develop their
social habits and relationships based on their interfaces with people during their
childhood (Freidman, 2010, pg. 130). These people are considered objects , and refer
to anyone that a child would have emotional ties to (Freidman, 2010, pg. 130). A
couple of additional definitions imperative to the understanding of the object relations
theory include internal objects, which entails a depiction of a person that one has an
emotional tie to in the form of an idea, thought, or reflection, where as an external
object is the physical person or entity that renders the emotional investment (Victor,
2007). The object relations theory progressed elements ... Show more content on

43. Calpurnia Character Analysis
Calpurnia Character Analysis Calpurnia, or Cal , was the Finch s African American
housekeeper and cook. Her being a black, middle aged woman in a white dominated
society, we can already infer she has experienced great racial injustices. Throughout
the novel, we see significant and noticeable changes in the main characters, but scarce
development in CalpurniaВґs character. Before you discard this essay on what was
supposed to be about a chosen character changing due to social and racial injustices
throughout the book, give the thesis ample thought. Scout is the narrator of the book,
therefore we are seeing changes through her point of view; so we only see Calpurnia
changing through the eyes of Scout, but they were not, in... Show more content on

Around this time in the book, classmates and neighbors started talking about
Atticus defending Tom Robinson. Cal is mellifluous and gentle towards Jem in
some instances. For example, after Jem wrecks Mrs. Dubose s camellia flowers,
and the kids were skulking, Calpurnia understood that Jem was distressed, and gave
him a hot biscuit and butter. One may argue this is the beginning of a change in
Calpurnia, but we may look at it as Cal just being a mom. One can refute the
argument of change that Scout is just beginning to see the good side of her and
why Cal does what she does. She has already gone through the phases with her own
children, and know how it is herself growing up. Jem is starting to grow up in the
middle of the novel. This is evident by Scout s overwhelming frustration with Jem in
the quote, His maddening superiority was unbearable these days. He didn t want to
do anything but read and go off by himself. (Lee 184) Calpurnia, being the
experienced mother/caregiver she is, had seen that, and started giving Jem his space,
and started calling him Mister Jem . Scout realizes Calpurnia is not as awful as she
once thought. Scout realizes Calpurnia can be nice when given the chance. During
Tom Robinson s trial, Scout starts to understand the entirety of racial injustice. When
Scout encounters the lynch mob outside Tom s cell before the trial, and she stopped
them from hurting Tom by making conversation with and embarrassing Mr.

44. The Stranger Response
The Stranger The Eye is the window to ones soul. The significance of the eye is that
it can display emotions without spoken words. Humans cannot control the inner
actions of their eyes because the eyes are apart of the body that moves
unintentionally. I chose to draw an abstract art of the eye to help the reader visualize
and understand Meursault s emotions throughout the story. I also chose to use
abstract art because it was an art movement that became popular in the 1940s. During
this time period, abstract art consisted of multiple different colors and it stood as a
method of expression for those who wanted to display their feelings. I also
incorporated the usage of numerous lines in my art to represent the main character
emotions. The... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The puzzles in the back represent the visual analysis that the author wants the
readers to develop about Meursault s life. My reasoning behind this is because his
life was portrayed as a puzzle and it was hard to understand why he did the things
he did and why he acted the way he did. There were specific colors used to
represent life and death. The dark lines indicate fear and his nonchalant attitude
towards life. I used the color black because it signifies death which was coming
Meursault s way towards the ending of the novel. The green signifies life that was
what he came to value after sometime particularly after he was done talking to the
chairman. The color yellow represents happiness which was what Meursault felt
when he was with Marie and when he went to the beach. The color red represents
blood which was there once he had randomly killed one of the Arabs which lead to
him having to go to jail. Orange and blue were utilized to represent the sky and the
sun that throughout the story we see Meursault talked about often. Overall, the book
cover image was created to exhibit and incorporate all the small details of Meursault
s life as described throughout the book for the reader to be able to visualize and
45. Taking a Look at Magazine Advertisements
Companies have been using advertisements in magazines as means of marketing
for many decades now. While the purpose for ads, which is to get the consumer to
buy their products, is seemingly obvious. Most of the messages that ads are
sending are being received to the viewer s subconscious mind. As Jean Kilbourne
touches upon in her documentary Killing Us Softly 4, ads not only tell us what we
need to buy, they tell us who we are (Killbourne, 2010). The specific ad I will be
analyzing is an ad that was produced by the marketingexecutives at BMW. The ad
can be found in many different magazines and the targeted audience for this
particular ad is obviously to gain the attention of men. The ad displays a man and
women in bed believed (suggested) to be engaging in intercourse with a picture of a
BMW covering the women s face. Through the knowledge that I ve gained from
Jean Kilbourne s documentary, I can point out that three are three strong messages
being displayed in this ad. The ad sends a message that dehumanizes women, uses
sex to sale a product, and shows men that they can objectify women without
consequences. In the ad the image of a car is shown in place of the women s face.
This act of dehumanizationcan affect women in many ways they may or may not
even be aware of. That simple act of turning the woman into a thing could cause the
viewers to experience distorted self thoughts. An ad like this one can affect the
women s self esteem, cause them to devalue themselves, and

new story. Jonesboro, Arkansas, West Paducah, Kentucky, and Littleton, Colorado all
have one thing in common. All these places are sites where school shootings have
occurred. Why do school shootings happen and who is to blamewhen they do

say that school shootings are due to the excess marketing of violence in movies,
television, video games, and music. quot; There is a difference between what one

The RIAA announced new guidelines on September, 1, shortly before the original
Senate hearing (Holland). They included three major updates: that advertising for
labeled records should not appear in publications or Internet sites where fifty
percent of the audience is under seventeen, that all consumer print ads of explicit
content albums display the advisory sticker , and that all E tailors clearly display
notice of stickered material through all phases of the transaction (Holland). These
regulations may help when trying to get CD s with explicit lyrics over the Internet
or in stores but the advertising towards kids still continues. The federal trade
commission shows that US Record companies continue to advertise violent songs
on TV through such outlets as BET, MTV, and the WWF Smackdown wrestling
show. The ads appeared during the after school and early evening hours when
children were most likely to be watching. The FTC also found that the five major
labels placed ads for albums with explicit content in such teen oriented magazines
as Vine and Right On, which focus on rap and R amp;B, and Thrashers and Metal
Edge, which celebrate metal rock music. Only 45 off 147 (31%) print ads reviewed
for labeled recordings displayed any parental advisory label, the FTC noted, and
those were frequently quot;a black and white blur, often too small or inconspicuously
placed to be noticed or seen quot;(Holland). So why can t parents just go out and fight

47. The Philosophical Aspects Of The Abortion Debate
The philosophical aspects of the abortion debate form two logical arguments, which
oppose and support abortion. These arguments are based on what is ethical and the
rights of an individual. The view that abortion should be illegal rest on the moral
right of the life of a human being at or near conception killing an embryo is unjust
since it violates the right to life (Hershenov 129). Therefore, the law should prohibit
violation of the right to life. The view that abortionshould be legal, generally argues
that women have the right to control what in their body. On the same note, it explains
that they have the right to control what happens on their body. In addition, it argues
that abortion is a just act and the law should not criminalise the act of controlling one
s body and its life support functions (English 234). Philosophical literature has to
kinds of argument regarding the moralityof abortion. One of the families of argument
asks the question whether the embryo has the right to life. It bases its argument on
the moral status of the embryo and it would be wrong to kill an innocent human
being. In the matter concerning abortion, philosophical litterateur has two kind of
argument and this paper will tend to defend the abortion. Therefore, it will support
Judith Jarvis Thomson argument in relation to abortion. In other words, the paper
will argue that it is just to have an abortion.
Judith Jarvis Thomson wrote a moral philosophy paper known as A Defence of

1. INTRODUCTION
The Online sources of information are becoming more and more important for the
academic community for their teaching and research. Online journals have revolution
the scholarly and scientific communication since their inception in the late 1980s.
The exponential growths of online journals over the last five years were popular
among scientific information providers, publishers, libraries and information centers.
Current developments in online journals and their institutional licensing and
subscriptions arrangements clearly indicate a rapid revolution.
The libraries first began tracking online journals in 1991 and the Association of

49. The Problem Of The Foreclosure Crisis
The burst of the housing bubble in 2006 left millions of homeowners helpless to
inevitable foreclosure. Current lending practices make it difficult for potential
borrowers with tarnished credit histories (like foreclosure) to qualify for a loan.
Since traditional sources of home financing are unavailable to so many people,
alternatives have begun to flourish in the economy to meet the demand of people
wishing to purchase homes with less than perfect credit histories. The primary
options boomerang buyers have at their disposals to obtain home ownership again
are: lease to own, seller financing, hard money, and sub prime. Each of these paths
toward home ownership comes with unique sets of benefits and costs. This paper will
explore each.

The implementation of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regulations
has removed a lot of the abuse that helped spur the housing crisis of 2006. With
increased oversight and regulation, borrowers can now safely navigate sub prime
lending options which usually come at a higher cost than traditional mortgages.
Typically these options are available to borrowers that have a large down payment, or
equity position, which gives the investor more security in their investment. These
loans may also come with higher interest rates and additional origination charges or
points.
It may be difficult for many borrowers to seriously consider sub prime lending
options given their high cost and high capital requirements. Many homeowners are
dependent on low down payment options like FHA loans because they are unable to
save enough for a twenty percent down payment. This is the largest barrier to
obtaining a sub prime mortgage product. Also, because higher interest rates tend to
mean higher monthly payments, there are a lot of borrowers who are unable to
qualify to make the monthly payment.
Many of the benefits to obtaining a sub prime lending product are shared with the
other options discussed below. First and foremost is the ability to obtain amortgage
and purchase a home when a conventional loan program is not an option. It is less
common for loan programs to have prepayment penalties after CFPB

Dysfunction in the Midst of Adversity
Adversity is apparent in aspects of life. It manifests though feelings, thoughts, and
actions that occur through different situations. When adversity is combined with
dysfunction it creates a dynamic circumstance that tests the boundaries of individuals,
and by extension, society. This is the case when Director Clint Eastwood and author
Katherine Mansfield create the stories, Bridges of Madison County and Bliss.
Specifically, the characters of Francesca and Bertha must live with adversity they
have created through their own dysfunction in ascribing to societal conventions.

They came home. And with them, my life of details. (BoMC). Those details
Francesca was not quite ready for and her defense mechanism of wanting to keep

drastically changed so much already that she was unable to focus on everyday life.
A concealed past of disappointment was hard to bear for both Bertha and Francesca.

53. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle
Section 1
Presentation
To encourage missions in dangerous situations, flying stages that are little, spry and
can take of vertically are of investment. A stage that satisfies these necessities is a
UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) as a multicopter joined with a great control
framework. A multicopter is a rotorcraft that has more than two rotors, in light of the
fact that a rotorcraft with two rotors is called helicopter (bicopter). Multicopters
have altered cutting edges with a pitch that are not conceivable to control, as it
accomplishes for a helicopter (through the swashplate), to control the bearing of the
rotor push. Rather, the rate of the rotors are shifted to accomplish movement control
of a multicopter. For a tricopter, there is additionally a servo joined that can tilt one
of the engines and by that accomplish a change in movement. Multirotor air ships
are regularly utilized within model and radio controlled activities due to the
straightforward development and control. Because of the amount of rotors, the
extent of them doesn t have to be substantial in examination with a helicopter that
just has one rotor to actuate enough drive to lift it up. Uavs are frequently utilized
within spots where it is troublesome for a man to work in, for example, perilous
situations, soak landscape and so forth. It is likewise a suitable and a modest
apparatus for observation. A Polaroid mounted on a multicopter is an exceptionally
adaptable approach to study a region. Uavs can
54. Analysis Of Dr. Seuss The Lorax
The English language is full of so many rules that are applied that most do not even
know about. There is phonology, which is the way words sound and morphology,
which are the actual words. But, we also have semantics, which is the study of the
meaning or the study of linguistic development by classifying and examining changes
in meaning and form (Dictionary.com, n.d).
As children, we are introduced to words through speaking but books enable a better
way to understand the written language. Through these stories/books, we are guided
to different places, enabling our imaginations to grow and expand, allowing our
brains to develop. As Albert Einstein so eloquently said, Imagination is everything. It

While Dr. Seuss does have some silly made up words, the formation of his
sentences and paragraphs are to entice through rhythming and predictability. The
theme or moral of the book is taking care of our environment through caring and
planting for ourselves, families, and future generations. Seuss introduced us to the
characters of the Lorax, the Once ler, humming fish, swomee swans, and brown
bar ba loots and all the Once lers aunts, uncles, and cousins. This mix is presented
because the Once ler finds truffla trees and chops one down to make a thneed and
despite the Lorax s warnings (because he speaks for the trees) to not do so.
However, the Once ler decides that he will continue making thneeds, builds a
factory, and begins to chop down the truffle trees. Throughout the story, the different
Seussian animals are affected by the factory smog (schloppity schlopp and gluppity
glupp) and have to leave their home. Despite the multiple Lorax warnings, the Once
ler continues until there are no more truffla trees. All the Once lers family leaves, as
does the Lorax who leaves a pile of rock with the word Unless written upon it. It
becomes evident to the Once ler years later what the Lorax meant by the word
unless and it is said that if we continue to not take care of our environment, our world
will not get better. Should we start planting trees and caring about all that inhabits it,

Mental Process Paper
The mental process is the performance of some composite cognitive activity; an
operation that affects mental contents; the process of thinking , the cognitive
operation of remembering (Farlex, 2008). The mental mindset includes four styles of
creative intelligence: Intuitive, Innovative, Imaginative and Inspirational. This paper
will compare and contrast the four styles of creative intelligence and their influences
on organizational decision making, include examples of how mental models/mind
sets might limit the decision making process and explain how these models influence

Imaginative
Imaginative can be defined as artistic, dreamy, and poetic (WikiHow, 2008). Anyone
being imaginative can enjoy life at all events. Innovation involves developing the
imaginative mindset. It involves clearing the mind of preconceptions, value
judgments and expectations (Halls, 2006). In order for an employee to be
imaginative, he or she must be inquisitive, ask questions and learn something new
ever minute. It is good to be a good listener as well putting themselves in different
situations narrated by different people. Being imaginative can increase the ability to
fulfill any goal or desires by using affirmation techniques. There are no boundaries to
imagination, only a limit to the amount of experiences that feed it. In order to be
imaginative, people have to position themselves to be imaginative. Be daring, be
different, be impractical, be anything that will assert integrity of purpose and
imaginative vision against the play it safers, the creatures of the commonplace, the
slaves of the ordinary (Beaton, 2008).
Inspirational
Inspirational is being inspired to do something. In the workplace, management
problems disappear when employees are truly inspired and motivated to do their best,
when they remember why they came in to work in the first place. When it comes
