Aeneas mission is delayed or if the love between Dido and Aeneas is broken.
Finally, Venus and Juno s selfish and reckless manipulation leads to a terrible
consequence, Dido s self burning. Also, Juno s stubborn opposition to Aeneas can
be viewed as a battle between her and the male supreme god Jupiter. Juno says that

significant part of the problem. This includes prescribing antibiotics as a just in case
basis, prescription based on symptom criteria, patients demanding for a fast relief of
symptoms, and unsuitable use of broad spectrum antibiotics without determining if
there is an actual clinical need for it (CDC, 2011). Having knowledge of what is
being treated, educating providers, patients and parents of pediatric patients on the
use of these medications will have a major impact on lowering abuse and/or overuse
of antibiotics. Nurses can and should be at the forefront of this issue and take a lead
in the education of patients and parents.

Turkey and Iran are both countries that emerged out of the debris of long, Islamic
empires. Both nations were truly founded post World War I: Turkey from the
Ottoman Empire and Iran from the Safavids then the Qajars. These empires had kept
their two regions extremely stable, and the stability of Islam lasted them both until

government, even though he still maintained dictatorial powers. AtatГјrk s
democratic government showed a positive side of Western, secular style government,
and it made the Turkish people more favorable to the West than Persians. Throughout
Turkey s early history, AtatГјrk was always the president, and nothing more; Turkey
had democratic elections through AtatГјrk s rule, and AtatГјrk was simply so popular
that he continued to win them over and over until his death. Contrarily, Reza Shah
and his son, Mohammad Reza Shah, were both Shahs, meaning kings, and there
was very little democracy in their governmental system. Although their
parliamentary bodies were elected by the people, both Shahs greatly ignored them,
and Mohammad Reza Shah even exiled Mohammad Mossadeq, a leading member
of their parliamentary body. Further, Turkey s Western style concept of populism
and democracy never made it as far East as Iran, and Persians did not have a say in
their government. This lack of representation angered Persians, and they considered
the Shahs (especially Mohammad Reza Shah) puppets of the West, so by extension
they were angry with the West. It is probable that Persians would have liked Western
style government more, had the Shahs created a truly Western government, with
democracy and representation. However, because their governments were so
autocratic and dynastic, their people were never privy to true Western style
government, and therefore only saw the bad side of the West. Furthermore, the
Shahs also created a very confusing identity for their country, as their policies
contradicted each other. Reza Shah attempted to create a secular government, but he
still wanted Shi a Islam to be a major part of people s lives: he neither

Max Weber is a german sociologist that created a set of characteristics of rational
social organizations and bureaucracy as a way to analyze and measure organizations.
The organization that will be applied to these sets of characteristics will be the Target
company. First, will be the five characteristics of bureaucracyand how it appears
through the Target company. The first characteristicof bureaucracies is a hierarchy.
Target s chain of command in each store has the store team leader as the highest
position that is followed by executive team leaders, team leaders, and then team
members. Assets Protection, human resources, and property management
