The History
After a long agricultural tradition that
began in 1930, the Colón Medina Family
founded Greenpack in 2001, an enterprise
based in Puerto Rico and dedicated to
growing and processing fresh produce of
the highest quality.
In 2005, Greenpack introduces the
revolutionary Mi Cosecha brand, offering
farm fresh fruits and vegetables, without
preservatives, peeled, cut and vacuum
packed.
Now, Greenpack supplies over 3.8 million
pounds of fruits and vegetables to over 250
points of sale, including retail chains like
Walmart and Costco. In addition, it supplies
its product to the Puerto Rico Department
of Education’s school lunch program and
sells under a private label for a major fast
food chain in the United States.
Greenpack’s operations span Puerto Rico,
Nicaragua, Costa Rica and the Dominican
Republic, with over 1,250 acres of cultivated
land.
The Process
From the selection of the best seeds
to packaging the freshest produce, Mi
Cosecha pays attention to every detail
to guarantee the highest quality. All
fruits and vegetables are fresh, without
preservatives, completely natural and with
great flavor.
A team of expert agronomists supervises
every phase, following the strict
regulations from the U.S. Department of

Agriculture (USDA) and the Food and
Drug Administration (FDA).
Mi Cosecha’s products are packed using
an innovative system that preserves
and extends freshness. Its facilities are
equipped with state of the art technology,
allowing Mi Cosecha to supply high
volume commercial orders and private
label sales.

The History After a long agricultural tradition that began in 1930, the Colón Medina Family founded Greenpack in 2001, an enterprise based in Puerto Rico and dedicated to growing and processing fresh produce of the highest quality. In 2005, Greenpack introduces the revolutionary Mi Cosecha brand, offering farm fresh fruits and vegetables, without preservatives, peeled, cut and vacuum packed. Now, Greenpack supplies over 3.8 million pounds of fruits and vegetables to over 250 points of sale, including retail chains like Walmart and Costco. In addition, it supplies its product to the Puerto Rico Department of Education’s school lunch program and sells under a private label for a major fast food chain in the United States. Greenpack’s operations span Puerto Rico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic, with over 1,250 acres of cultivated land.
