Candela retail software allows you to easily book advance orders for your products. Candela POS automatically manages the inventory for booked, delivered or cancelled orders.
3. Let’s Learn How to Configure Candela
POS for Advance Orders
First, define a product under any line item
to map as dummy product:
4. 2. Now go to: Configuration>System Configuration>Product/STR tab and map the
dummy product as ‘Customer Order SKU’ by selecting the dummy product from
product help.
Now all transactions for
advance orders will be carried
out against this dummy
product until the order is
delivered.
5. 3. Go to: Configuration>System Configuration>Sale tab and enable the checkbox
‘Enable Advance Orders on Sale Screen.’
4. To configure specifications that you might need for taking orders, go to:
Utilities>Setup & Configuration>Customer Order Configuration:
Remember:
Configurations are done
by Admin/HO users.

6 If the Print Receipt check box is on, the system will print the
advance order receipt

7 • Click on Search Receipt button on the Sales and Return screen
• Another screen will open up
• Click on Search Customers Orders tab to check your orders
• If you double click the order it will load on the sales and return
screen with all the details

• The Order will load on the sales and return screen
• Click on Customer Orders button to load the order.
