In this literature review I will aim to provide an insight into how women in 21st century Ireland get
access to information on safe, legal abortions in other EU member states. It is a review on previous
literature that assesses the situations and circumstances that led to information on travel and abortion
services becoming accessible to Irish women from 1995 in an amendment to the eighth amendment
section 40.3.3 as a result of X v. Attorney General (1992).
In this paper, I will aim to discuss the history of abortion services, and access to information from the

paintings that filled each gallery. Though there were many galleries, the one that captured my attention
and led to be the focus of my paper is the Max Beckmann gallery. Max Beckmann in New York sheds

Prior to 1905 the average Russian industrial employee had an average working day of 11 hours. Most
of these workers faced very difficult conditions on a daily basis with little concern being shown for
their safety and well being, which led to much unrest. Many tried to create trade unions, however, this

On this day Father Gapon led a group of workers to the Tsar s Winter Palace in a peaceful march to
present a petition to the Tsar in which they demanded better working conditions. Their demands
included an 8 hour day, a minimum wage and freedom of speech and press. This shows us that the

A false idea of what one actually looks like is being portrayed within the photograph. They are
providing the viewers with an inaccurate and unreliable picture. It is also important to know who the
parties involved in this issue are. The company that decides to alter the image is first handedly
involved in this matter. The model that is posing for the shot, which in this case are the women that
are being altered, are also involved. Lastly, the viewers of the photograph, which includes all of
society and their target audience of females are involved as well.
Knowing the relevant laws when analyzing this issue is crucial as well. Given that the First
Amendment grants people with the freedom of speech, these companies are allowed freedom of press
as well. This allows the companies to do what they want with the images they have. They are allowed
to advertise for their company however they choose, regardless of outside opinions on their methods.
They can send whatever message, whether indirect or not to their audience without any restrictions.
However there are some company policies that these businesses try to follow. First and foremost they
try to market however they think will get them or their product the most attention. They do this at the

Like all big issues in our world, there is an argument being made. The argument is not whether
poaching is a problem or not, it is obviously a problem, it is an argument on how humanity should go
about stopping poaching. One side of that argument believes that going after the people behind
poaching, those who buy poached ivory for example, is more important than stopping poachers on the
ground . They would be more likely to support a United Nations sanction on poaching than providing

order to stop the poaching epidemic our planet suffers from the global anti poaching community must

The Dining Room Was Absolutely Silent
The dining room was absolutely silent, only the sounds of chewing and silverware clatter were
audible. The tension was thick enough to run a knife through, it made no sense why it had gotten this
bad. The mother of the family, Else, sat in the right end of the table, her husband, Carter, in the other
end. Their five children sat in the sides of the table. The smallest of the five, Evelyn, who is eleven
