Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dr. Sc. H.C. Mult. Habibie was born in Pare-pare, Indonesia in 1936. He studied at the Institute of Technology Bandung and RWTH Aachen University in Germany, where he received his Diplom-Ingenieur and Doctor of Aircraft Construction degrees. Notable achievements include developing the formula to calculate atomic plane crack and establishing Dirgantara Indonesia, which produced the first Indonesian aircraft, Nusantara 250, in 1985. He is considered the "Father of Technology in Indonesia" for his spirit of hard work and contributions to advancing technology in the country.
