Hematopoietic stem cells within the bone marrow produce to 2 main forms of cells: myeloid and liquid body substance lineages. These embrace monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils, erythrocytes, nerve fiber cells, and megakaryocytes or platelets, similarly as T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells. The different forms of hemopoietic stem cells vary in their regenerative capability and efficiency. Some are strong, oligopotent or unipotent as determined by what percentage forms of cell they will produce. Pluripotent hemopoietic stem cells have the subsequent properties: Renewal: they will reproduce another cell the image of themselves. Differentiation: they will generate one or a lot of subsets of a lot of mature cells. The process of development of various blood cells from these pluripotent stem cells is thought as sanguification.
The hematopoietic system, also known as the blood-forming system, is a complex network of organs, tissues, and cells responsible for the production and circulation of blood cells throughout the body. The primary function of the hematopoietic system is to maintain a constant supply of healthy blood cells, including red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets.
An undergraduate lecture on immunologic tolerance, it's various types and how a breakdown of tolerance contributes to the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. Additionally a small quiz at the end to gauge the students' learning.

2. İmmun çatışmazlıq orqanizmin immun sistemində meydana
çıxan və morfologiyasına,klinik gedişinə,proqnoz və
nəticələrinə görə ağır xəstəliklərdən hesab edilən
patologiyalardır. İmmun çatışmazlığı anadangəlmə (ilkin) və
qazanılma (ikincili) olur. Anadangəlmə immun çatışmazlığı olan
uşaqlar tez-tez infeksion xəstəliklərə tutulurlar, onların fiziki
inkişafı ləngiyir, kiçik yaşda infeksion xəstəliklərdən və ya
bədxassəli şişlərdən tələf olurlar.
3. Birincili immun çatışmazlıq sindromlarına -
daxil olan immun defisitlər irsi və anadangəlmə
olur,immun sistemin tam inkişaf etməməsi
nəticəsində baş verir.Birincili immun çatışmazlıq
sindromları etiopatogenezinə görə 3 qrupa
bölünürlər:
1) Humoral immun çatışmazlıq sindromları (X
xromosomu ilə əlaqədar olan aqammaqlobulinemiya,
immunoqlobulinlərin ayrı-ayrı növlərinin çatışmazlığı)
2) Hüceyrə immuniteti çatışmazlığı sindromu
3) Hüceyrə və Humoral immun çatışmazlığı
sindromları və yaxud kombinə olunmuş
immunodefisit patologiyalar
4.
5. 1) Humoral immun çatışmazlıq sindromları (X
xromosomu ilə əlaqədar olan aqammaqlobulinemiya,
immunoqlobulinlərin ayrı-ayrı növlərinin çatışmazlığı)
orqanizmdə humoral tipli immun reaksiyaların ,yəni
antitellərin yaranması defisiti ilə xarakterizə olunur.Bu
sindromlar irsi olur,genetik yolla nəsildən-nəslə
keçir,adətən özünü uşaq yaşlarda büruzə
verirlər.Genetik defektin X-xromosomla əlaqəliliyi artıq
sübut olunmuşdur.Bu sindromlar zamanı xəstələrdə
müxtəlif üzv və toxumalarda tez-tez ağır gedişli
bakterial infeksiyalar baş verir v çox vaxt da sepsislə
nəticələnir.
6. Humoral immunitet çatışmazlığı sindromlarına 2
xəstəlik aiddir.
a) Bruton sindromu və ya
aqammaqlobulinemiya.Limfoid toxumada B-zonalar
ümumiyyətlə olmadığı üçün B-limfositlər və plazmositlər
olmur,heç bir immunoqlobulin əmələ gəlmir.Birincili immun
çatışmazlıq sindromları içərisində ən geniş yayılanlardandır.
7. b) Vest sindromu və ya izolə
olunmuş immunoqlobulin- A
çatışmazlığı sindromu zamanı
isə limfoid toxumada B-zonalar
olur,bütün qrup immunoqlobulinlər
yaranır,IgA-dan başqa .IgA selikli
qişalarda əmələ gələn əsas
immunoqlobulin olduğu üçün ,onun
çatışmazlığı zamanı selikli qişalarda
müdafiə qabiliyyəti kəskin şəkildə
enir və bütün selikli qişalarda
yayılmış infeksiyalar başlanır.
8. 2) Hüceyrə immuniteti
çatışmazlığı sindromu.Bu qrupa
daxil olan immun defisitlər zamanı birincidən
fərqli olaraq orqanizmdə T-limfositlər
olmadığı üçün hüceyrə tipli immun
reaksiyalar baş vermir.Uşaq yaşlarda
başlanan bu xəstəliklər adətən çoxlu inkişaf
anomaliyaları,qalxanabənzər ətraf vəzin
olmaması və infeksion xəstəliklərlə müşaiyət
olunur və ölümlə nəticələnir.Belə xəstələrdə
9. b- Di-Corc sindromu.
Anadangəlmə olur.Buna timusun
hipoplaziyası da deyilir. Qanda
immunoqlobulinlərin səviyyəsi normal
olur.Lakin qanda T-limfositlər ,eləcə
də limfoid toxumalarda T-zonalar
ümumiyyətlə olmurlar.Xəstələrdə
hüceyrə immuniteti çatışmazlığının
başqa qalxanabənzər ətraf vəz də
olmur,ürəyin və iri damarların
anadangəlmə inkişaf qüsurları olur,
sifətin görünüşü də dəyişilə bilər.
10. 3)Hüceyrə və Humoral immun çatışmazlığı
sindromları və yaxud kombinə olunmuş
immunodefisit patologiyalar zamanı istər timus ,istərsə
də periferik limfoid toxumalar hipoplaziya vəziyyətində
olduqları üçün həm humoral,həm də hüceyrə tipli immun
reaksiyalarda defektlər meydana çıxır.
Kombinə olunmuş immun defisit sindromlar qrupuna
aşağıdakı xəstəliklər aiddirlər.
a- Qlansman-Riniker sindromu və ya şvetsar tipli
aqammaqlobulinemiya.
b- Lui-Bar xəstəliyi və ya atkasiya-
teleangioktaziya sindromu.
11. c-Nezelof sindromu zamanı orqanizmdə hüceyrə
immunitetinin ağır defekti olur, lakin humoral immun çatışmazlıq
yalnız müəyyən dərəcədə qammaqlobulinlərdə baş verən zəif
