Mr. X is a 36-year-old male who presented with altered behavior for one week including irritability, aggression, and verbal abuse as well as occasional grandiose behavior. He had been asymptomatic for 8 years but then developed these symptoms. He showed depressive symptoms a year ago. A diagnosis of bipolar mood disorder is provided.

Mr.X 36 year old Male came to the OPD with chief
complaints of altered behaviour of 1 week
duration. Pt was apparently asymptomatic 8
years back when he insidiously developed
symptoms of altered behaviour in the form of
irritability,aggression and verbal abuse and at
times grandiose behaviour.
He showed depressive symptoms a year ago with
altered sleep pattern
No H/O suicidal thoughts
He was on irregular medications
