- 1. Belt Dryer – Typical Applications Belt dryers are conventionally used for the continuous cooling and drying of molded panels and compounds, pastes, woodchips, and pellets using air or flue or inert gases. However, belt dryer suppliers also offer a range of these products designed specifically for food products. This time, the machinery meets the demands of product drying in the food industry. Belt dryers come in different configurations to suit every requirement. They can be heavy-duty continuous drying solutions spanning 2030mm to 3250mm wide and 15000mm to 45000mm long. Some suppliers can also customize their products to meet unique food manufacturing needs. Belt dryer suppliers are known to manufacturers of food products like grains, cereals, pet food, potato goods, protein products, vegetables, desiccated coconut chips, spices, wheat or corn flakes, snacks, and breakfast foods. They also work with yarn, chemicals, rubber, biomass, pigments, and fiber manufacturers. Their machines can handle many different products and ensure impressive, consistent results throughout every drying or heating stage. With their machinery, you can maximize efficiency to increase your productivity and reduce costs. Reputable belt dryer suppliers have equipped their products with the right components and spare parts, including perforated apron trays, stainless steel apron dryer, chain links, heat exchangers or steam coil, silicone rubber gaskets, apron conveyor plates, traveling guards, and nylon brushes. Their machines come with separate drying zones with their own dedicated heating coils for specific temperature requirements. This way, you can achieve enhanced output, minimal drying times, and better control for the drying process. This way, product-specific drying times are automatically adjusted to achieve the desired discharge moisture.
