INDUSTRIAL OVENS & DRYERS
AGNEE Industrial Ovens are used in a wide range of applications including aging, baking,
finishing, heat treating, annealing,melting, powder coating , research and development, sterilizing and testing.
Industrial ovens generally operate at less than 600 deg C .
TYPES OF INDUSTRIAL OVENSI
Industrial ovens can be classified into two basic groups; batch ovens and conveyor ovens
Batch industrial ovens are designed to be utilized in processes where throughput is unitized in "batches", whereas
conveyor industrial ovens are generally utilized in a continuous process. Industrial batch ovens offer the flexibility of
intermittent product flow, with the ability to start and stop production as required. Industrial batch ovens also offer the
flexibility of processing a single large parts, or a significant number of smaller parts in a single process run. However,
there is a throughput volume where the batch process becomes less economical than the conveyor process. Bench
and cabinet industrial ovens are used for small batch production requirements, whereas walk-in industrial ovens are
used for large batch production requirements.
Conveyor industrial ovens offer the ability to handle high production runs while minimizing product staging and
handling. However, the conveyor type process has product size/shape restrictions compared to the batch oven
process. Conveyor industrial ovens can be further categorized as automatic or manual. High volume throughputs are
generally conveyed in an automatic fashion with an adjustable product feed rate, whereas low volume throughputs are
generally conveyed in a manual fashion.
Top to bottom vertical airflow and accommodates virtually any load without restricting air passage. Work can be shelf
loaded or placed directly on the optional reinforced workspace bottom. Side mounted control panel minimizes floor
space required. Designed for Drying, Pre-Heating or any application where a dependable source of heated air up to
450 deg C is required. Gas electric or steam heating .M.S. exterior with powder coated or painted. M.S. or SS
interior .High density glass wool insulation. High pressure recirculating blower. Adjustable fresh air & exhaust dampers

Industrial Heavy Duty Ovens
· Digital Timing System, incorporated into standard temperature controller, 99 hours 59 minute range, starts
timing when temperature reaches set point and shut down oven at end of set time.
· Batch Timer, for uniformly timing batch operation, continuous alarm with door interlock, alarms at end of
preset time period unit door is opened or timer reset. 1, 5, 10 or 30 hr. range.
· Automatic Door switch turns off blower & heat when door is opened. Restores blower & heat when door is close
· Re circulating blower air flow safety switch
· Digital indicating, thermocouple actuated standard controller Programmable Temperature Controller,
microprocessor based also offered

DRUM // BARREL HEATING OVENS
Continuous ovens (also called conveyor ovens) are well suited for
high volume processing within a tightly controlled temperature range.
Continuous ovens can be used for baking , curing, foundry core
drying, aluminum aging, thermal degassing, annealing, tempering etc
Continuous ovens can often be interfaced with upstream and
downstream equipment to provide a highly efficient, fully automated
process.

# Variable Drive Speed - controls the product residence time

Process dryers are used to remove liquids or moisture from bulk
solids, powders, parts, continuous sheets or other liquids by
evaporation .
Dryers can be broken up into two main types: direct and indirect.
Direct dryers convectively heat a product through direct contact with
heated air, gas or a combusted gas product. Indirect dryers
conductively heat a product through contact with a heated wall.

AGNEE ENGINEERING have designed and manufactured
ovens to pre-heat raw materials they receive in Barrels, Drums ,
IBC's ( Industrial Bulk Containers). These ovens heat and or melt
chemicals in mild steel barrels for easier dispensing in the
manufacturing process . Agnee Barrel /Drum Heating ovens can be
electrical , gas or steam heated.

Walk-In Ovens are large enclosures used for the process heating
of large objects and in large product quantities. Walk-in ovens
often contain large doorways, cabinets, shelves and racks for
convenience. These can be Gas, Electric, Steam and Hot Water
Dryers. Batch Type And Conveyor Dryers are available. Ideal for
shelf processing applications such as Drying, Dehydrating, Pre-
heating or any other heat processing of large or numerous parts up
to 500 deg C

AGNEE Tray Dryer is specially designed for Pharma, Food,
Chemicals, Herbals, Textiles & other industries. It is well
accepted for economical drying of granules, powder , food
material & chemicals.
Fabricated of rigid double mild steel walled panels
insulated with best quality compressed fibre glass and with a
rigid door fitted with secure locking arrangement
Uniform air circulation, controlled temperature, sturdy
construction and large working space are the features of the
oven which is suitably designed to cover wide temperature
range. The loading and unloading is faster and simple. In
higher capacities trays trolley rolls in and out of the chamber.
A control panel is fixed in front of the oven to facilitate easy
operation. Digital temperature controller with digital timer are
supplied in Tray Dryers to facilitate working day and night.
Complete SS 304 or SS 316 in GMP Model are offered.
Agnee Engineering design and build Vacuum Ovens for drying,
degassing and pre-heating applications for heat sensitive and
atmosphere sensitive materials. Vacuum ovens guard against
undesirable effects of heat processes such as oxidation and
contamination.Both production and laboratory vacuum ovens are

INDUSTRIAL OVENS & DRYERS AGNEE Industrial Ovens are used in a wide range of applications including aging, baking, finishing, heat treating, annealing,melting, powder coating , research and development, sterilizing and testing. Industrial ovens generally operate at less than 600 deg C . TYPES OF INDUSTRIAL OVENSI Industrial ovens can be classified into two basic groups; batch ovens and conveyor ovens Batch industrial ovens are designed to be utilized in processes where throughput is unitized in "batches", whereas conveyor industrial ovens are generally utilized in a continuous process. Industrial batch ovens offer the flexibility of intermittent product flow, with the ability to start and stop production as required. Industrial batch ovens also offer the flexibility of processing a single large parts, or a significant number of smaller parts in a single process run. However, there is a throughput volume where the batch process becomes less economical than the conveyor process. Bench and cabinet industrial ovens are used for small batch production requirements, whereas walk-in industrial ovens are used for large batch production requirements. Conveyor industrial ovens offer the ability to handle high production runs while minimizing product staging and handling. However, the conveyor type process has product size/shape restrictions compared to the batch oven process. Conveyor industrial ovens can be further categorized as automatic or manual. High volume throughputs are generally conveyed in an automatic fashion with an adjustable product feed rate, whereas low volume throughputs are generally conveyed in a manual fashion. Top to bottom vertical airflow and accommodates virtually any load without restricting air passage. Work can be shelf loaded or placed directly on the optional reinforced workspace bottom. Side mounted control panel minimizes floor space required. Designed for Drying, Pre-Heating or any application where a dependable source of heated air up to 450 deg C is required. Gas electric or steam heating .M.S. exterior with powder coated or painted. M.S. or SS interior .High density glass wool insulation. High pressure recirculating blower. Adjustable fresh air & exhaust dampers . · · x Control Panel drying, preheating, curing, Industrial Heavy Duty Ovens · Digital Timing System, incorporated into standard temperature controller, 99 hours 59 minute range, starts timing when temperature reaches set point and shut down oven at end of set time. · Batch Timer, for uniformly timing batch operation, continuous alarm with door interlock, alarms at end of preset time period unit door is opened or timer reset. 1, 5, 10 or 30 hr. range. · Automatic Door switch turns off blower & heat when door is opened. Restores blower & heat when door is close · Re circulating blower air flow safety switch · Digital indicating, thermocouple actuated standard controller Programmable Temperature Controller, microprocessor based also offered

CONTINUOUS CONVEYOR OVENS PROCESS DRYERS DRUM // BARREL HEATING OVENS Continuous ovens (also called conveyor ovens) are well suited for high volume processing within a tightly controlled temperature range. Continuous ovens can be used for baking , curing, foundry core drying, aluminum aging, thermal degassing, annealing, tempering etc Continuous ovens can often be interfaced with upstream and downstream equipment to provide a highly efficient, fully automated process. Features: # Single zone or with multiple zones # Can include end-of-line product cooling # Electric and gas heating # Airflow options include top-down, bottom-up and combination airflow # Variable Drive Speed - controls the product residence time accurately. speeds from 1.5 to 4.5 metres /min # Conveyor types- flat wire, slat and fiberglass belting. # Hygienic Design - achieved through ample access doors for cleaning & maintenance together with stainless steel contact parts # Efficient Design - has been achieved by the re-use of air. Lower air velocities can be used to minimize product damage Process dryers are used to remove liquids or moisture from bulk solids, powders, parts, continuous sheets or other liquids by evaporation . Dryers can be broken up into two main types: direct and indirect. Direct dryers convectively heat a product through direct contact with heated air, gas or a combusted gas product. Indirect dryers conductively heat a product through contact with a heated wall.   • 3. Walk-In Ovens are large enclosures used for the process heating of large objects and in large product quantities. Walk-in ovens often contain large doorways, cabinets, shelves and racks for convenience. These can be Gas, Electric, Steam and Hot Water Dryers. Batch Type And Conveyor Dryers are available. Ideal for shelf processing applications such as Drying, Dehydrating, Pre- heating or any other heat processing of large or numerous parts up to 500 deg C Features # Filtered air to remove dust and impurities from entering your product # Digital or analog time and temperature controls. # Audible alarm and lights to indicate any temperature fluctuations. # Recirculating air systems to save energy costs. # Exhaust ducts to vent away any fumes AGNEE Tray Dryer is specially designed for Pharma, Food, Chemicals, Herbals, Textiles & other industries. It is well accepted for economical drying of granules, powder , food material & chemicals. Fabricated of rigid double mild steel walled panels insulated with best quality compressed fibre glass and with a rigid door fitted with secure locking arrangement Uniform air circulation, controlled temperature, sturdy construction and large working space are the features of the oven which is suitably designed to cover wide temperature range. The loading and unloading is faster and simple. In higher capacities trays trolley rolls in and out of the chamber. A control panel is fixed in front of the oven to facilitate easy operation. Digital temperature controller with digital timer are supplied in Tray Dryers to facilitate working day and night. Complete SS 304 or SS 316 in GMP Model are offered.
