FOOD
Food and packaging are popular applications for vacuum pumps and blowers. Often we meet vacuum pumps whether
some food need to be conserved under vacuum.There is also other application as tobacco humidification, pasta
extrusion, washing vegetables, meat or salami drying, potetoes ventilation, salmon parts cutting, salsa or flour filling
machine, bottling, animal evisceration, beer fermentation, chocolate production line, meat process and packaging.

CERAMIC
In the creation of ceramics, degassing, a procedure that leads to the elimination of gas, is an unavoidable step, carried
out by our vacuum pump, conceived by our researchers and also used in post-production, in the product and material
handler. Another application is the filling of glue bags for tile and brick production.

PACKAGINGOF FOODAND INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS
In the packaging of food and industrial products, vacuum technology and blowers are the protagonists: in machines for
filling and closing, in food packaging and food shaping and the production of containers with PET.GEV technology
lends itself to use in even more specific fields, such as modified atmosphere packaging.Of course, for the packaging of

RUBBER, PLASTIC AND FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY
In the plastic and rubber material industry, GEV technology is mainly intended for the transformation on an industrial
scale of raw materials for the production of Molding, plastic thermoforming, rubber linings, non-contact rotation of

MARBLE AND GLASS

machining.Another application is loading and unloading of the slabs in the process line. Finally, vacuum pumps are
used in glass stratification and marble resining when there are slabs with holes.

CHEMICAL, PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY,VACUUMTREATMENT
In the chemical industry, the application of GEV technology, intended mainly for the transformation on an industrial
scale of raw materials for the production and transfer of gas, chemical substances, mixture of materials of various
kinds.Among the most suitable processes for vacuum pumps we find Evaporation, distillation, drying and degassing,
refrigeration, impregnation, Solvent Recovery. In addition, the GEV technology can also be used for evaporation of
coatings and narrow sheets or vacuum mixers for paints or resins. In the packaging of pharmaceutical and industrial
products, vacuum technology and blowers are protagonists: in the machines for filling and closing, in the packaging

PARTS CLEANING

In this process, the components to be cleaned are placed in a vacuum chamber and heated with heaters.The
temperature and pressure parameters of the process are defined so that any possible contamination of the
components is vaporized.

WOOD INDUSTRY
To ensure safe processing, the work pieces are fixed to the processing table by means of suction heads. A stable and
constant minimum vacuum must be generated to ensure workpieces remain securely in place during mechanical CNC
machining. Before or after processing, it is necessary to protect the wood against the destructive effects of
environmental influences, such as heat, humidity, insects and microorganisms.The practice of soaking wood in a
preservative is widespread, but has the disadvantage that the liquid penetrates only a few millimeters into the wood.
However, it is possible to achieve complete protection, if the wood is degassed with the help of a vacuum pump.The
preservative agent then penetrates to a greater depth, which optimizes the protective effect.
29. APPLICATION
ENVIRONMENT
For the protection and maintenance of the environment, vacuum technology, vane compressors and blowers can do a
lot. In this sector GEV has a precise characteristic. Actually our products are used in many applications which, for
example, the oxygenation and purification of wastewater, waste disposal plants, solar panel landfills, applications with
special gases such as biogas and LPG. Our technology provides a qualified contribution also in the compression of
pollutants from debris, in the extraction of polluting gases from the ground and in many environments.
30. APPLICATION
PNEUMATICCONVEYING
In the beginning, pneumatic conveying focused more on the transportation of food products, such as grains and flours.
Products in the form of powder particles (flour, cement)grainy material (dragées, granules, granules)products in parts
(pneumatic pipeline transport systems) and combined products. Special requirements must be observed in these
areas. Combined products, for example, cannot be mixed with grains of different sizes during transport. In addition,
the products must not rub against each other, as this would generate abrasion.This is very important for the explosive
granules, as well as to avoid static electricity.
Landfill products can usually be transported with vacuum or pressure systems.
