Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks . John 4:23 And He said to him, “you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind . Matthew 22:37 Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, Our God is neither seeking praise and worship singing specialists, nor is He seeking pastors, teachers of the Word, prophets, evangelists, servants, christian converts etc.. He is seeking sons and daughters who will spend quality time in the intimacy of His presence, beyond the veil, in His chambers, and take the time to lay their hearts against His and listen as He whispers kingdom secrets. Whatever your ministry or your call is, or if you‘re an ordinary member of the body of Christ, God is seeking true worshipers, men and women who will begin loving His presence passionately ,more than any other thing. And if you still wonder what call God has for you? Know that you call is a lifestyle called worship. Your purpose on this earth, and that through your new birth, is to worship the True and Living God, to love and serve Him alone in your thoughts and in your actions. Bethelsg ©

What is worship? Firstly, this is not a tribute of lips, offered lightly, for God looks at the heart . Worship is direct intimate communication with the one whom we can call our Father. To worship God is to attribute Him supreme value for He alone is absolutely worthy ( Ps 96:7-8). Worship is a deliberate act of obedience and submission. Worship is a daily practice in which we exercise and perfect ourselves. Worship is an offering.It is rejoicing in the Lord The quality of our life will be determined by the quality of our worship. Personal worship should be our N°1 priority, seeking God`s face, praising Him, contemplating Him, celebrating Him… Bethelsg ©

True worship is not just singing! It is an attitude of the heart. We worship through prayer,through our way of living, through our obedience to the word of God. When our heart is detached from our thoughts and the Lord alone is the center of our thoughts, then does our heart totally inclines to God! God reproaches His people of worshipping by religious formalism. " The Lord says: "These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is made up only of rules taught by men ." (Isaiah 29:13; see Matthew15:8) True worship is a foretaste of heaven! Ture worshipe is that which comes form deep within the heart. A life of praise and worship can be learned! We learn how to worship and praise God according to how God reveals to it us: in spirit and in truth ! God wants as many as we are to learn to cultivate His presence ! Every Christian should cultivate a life of personal worship. Bethelsg ©

Who do we have to worship? True worship begins by knowing who to worship ! True worship begins with: God the Father : This is the centre of Christian worship: Knowing God as Father when it concerns His relationship with His people. However this revelation is something personal, for « No one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal Him » Matthew 11: 27. Let us therefore render tribute to God ! He is our creator, our heavenly Father, let us celebrate His greatness, His majesty and His power. (Rev. 4:3) He is also God the Savior who gave His only son, who addopted us and made us His children, we who once were children of wrath as others. We also worship God The Son, The Savior Jesus, our redeemer, the author, the source and the reason of our eternal joy. Jesus must alwasy be acknowledged and exalted. (Rev. 5:9;13) Bethelsg ©

Who do we have to worship? What about the Holy Spirit ? The Holy Spirit is God and He is worthy to be worshipped, honoured and glorified. There can be no true worship without the Holy Spirit ( Philippians 3:3 ). Without Him we can do nothing. His will is to help us to seek to know God and Jesus in a better way, to lift Them up in our lives, to give Them all the glory and honor they deserve. The knowledge of Jesus and salvation leads us to ture worship ( John 4 :22 ). This revelation comes though the revelation of the Spirit of God. We are in communion with the Father and the Son through the Holy Spirit ! The Holy Spirit is the leader of true Worship. True worship by the Holy Spirit will be made up of spontaneous praise, inspired songs and spiritual manifestations ( Colossians 3 :16, 17 ). Bethelsg ©

What is true worship? True worship is done is spirit. « God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship Him in spirit and in truth » John 4:24 True worship is a spiritual action, in other words, the spirit of man communicates with God who is Spirit. In true worship, we get into a spiritual dimension, there and oly then do we truely worship God. God created our spirits to communicate with Him. Worshipping is our spirit responding as an echo to the Spirit of God. True worship places man`s flesh in the background meanwhile man`s spirit takes the fore front and honours God. Some may find this too supernatural, but Jesus says it,there is no other way to worship the Father except in spirit and in truth. Bethelsg ©

I have been created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26). Just as God is spirit, I too am a spirit who has a soul and lives in a body which is the temple of the Holy Spirit. My spirit is the real me! Therefore when I worship, I need to rise to the dimension of my spirit. I should no longer imagine myself in the dimension of my soul or my body (no longer be carnal) Because I,the spirit me, command my body and soul! In the spirit, I am like Christ, because when I became born again, it is my spirit that was renewed( not my soul or my body)! Only my spirit is righteous, and I know that it is only through my spirit that I can truely enter the presence of God! Bethelsg ©

When God looks at us, He looks at our inner being, in other words, our spirit man! When we become born again, our spirit is reconnected to the presence of God. He wants us therefore to be sensitive to our spiritual nature and one of the ways to wirship Him and enter into His presence is to speak and worship in tongues, and to sing unto Him spiritual songs in tongues (Colossians 3:16). Speaking in tongues is not a sign of being super spiritual, but it is a gift of the Holy Spirit received by the baptism of The Holy Spirit, it is an insturment that makes us sensitive to the spiritual world, and which if we are obedient to the word of God helps us in our walk with God and makes Christ to be glorified in our lives. A song cannot be spiritual, or according to the Spirit of God, unless the feelings it expresses are in harmony with the mind of the Spirit of God, as revealed in the scripture. If you have not yet experienced the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the sign of speaking in tongues, know that it belongs to you and that it will make you stronger and victorious. Where to worship ? True worhip in not only going to church on sunday to worship God. A true worshipper can connect himslef or herself to the prensence of God at any time of the day no matter where he or she is and no matter what he or she is doing. The true «place of worship », is the heavenly sanctuary. Worshippers penetrate heaven in spirit, even into the Most Holy Place, beyond the torn veil( and it doesn`t matter where it is found on earth). « Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus …, let us draw near to God with a sincere hearts.. » Hebrews 10:19-22 . When Jesus shouted on the cross « It is finished! » the temple veil was torn from top to bottom,unveiling the Most Holy Place. Hallelujah ! We now have access, through the blood of Jesus, into the very presence of God , no matter where we are and no matter what we are doing. You can praise God anywhere, anytime. Ture worship is done in truth! Jesus said it Himself, « I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father but by me» (John 14:6). In order for our worship to by true, we must pass though the cross. We can aproach the throne of grace with assurance onyl through what Christ, our high priest, accomplished at the cross. Ture worship is not based on what flesh or blood revealed, but on what the Father through His son revealed to the world. The truth is, we cannot save ourselves. We need a savior. The truth is, Jesus is the only way to the Father. It is the truth that set us free. (John 8:32) It is the truth of the gospel that sets us free from the kingdom of darkness so that we can have freedom to worship God. Spiritual worship without truth leads to emotionalism and even occultism. Truth without the spirit leads to ritualism, formalism and legalism. But when we worship in spirit and in truth, our worship is always real. Bethelsg ©

Who is a TRUE worshipper ? Worship is as natural as eating and breathing: all human beings are born with a desire to worship. Human beings have a natural tendency to worship everthing or anything. When someone lacks what to worship( idols, statues, stars, a personality, an admired one etc) he tends to worship himslef! There is therefore a difference between a worshipper according to men and a TURE worshipper according to God! Bethelsg ©

Who is a TRUE worshipper ? Who is a TRUE worshipper ? The true worshipper is one who has received full revelation of who God is. The true worshipper is a child of God (1 John 3:2) who pocesses a joyful assurance of his salvation (because his spirit has been regenerated) and who can render to God real worship. No ungrateful person and no unbelieving person can truely worship God! You need to be born again (John 3:3) in order to become a true worshipper. For it is only through the new birth that we receive new life and a new spirit. «That which is born of the flesh is flesh and that which is born of the spirit is spirit» (John 3: 6; Rom. 8: 16). The true worshipper gives up on his carnal nature and puts on the new nature of Christ. He spiritually worships God, according to the new man, in agreement with who God is. You are my creator and my Father, You are unique! Besides you there is no ther god! Bethelsg ©

Who is a TRUE worshipper ? « The true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks ». John 4.23. The true worshipper worships God in spirt (his spirit which is connected to God) and in truth. The true worshipper is reconciled to God in Christ and has peace with Him. The true worshipper doesn`t worship by following rituals as many chirstians do when they gather in church ; Worship is his lifeslyle and results from his obedience to Christ`s commands. The true worshipper enters the intimacy of God`s presence by faith. « And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him » Hebrwes 11 :6 Bethelsg ©

The true worshipper focuses on the word of God and not on how he feels, not on his imaginations, not on images or on men! To God alone he gives the glory. The true worshipper`s objective is always to seek God and know Him better, through the Bible, by reading other inspired books and by listening to audio and watching video teachings… In the Morning, when the true worshipper awakes, he asks himself what he can do to touch the heart of God, he feeds on the word of God… The true worshipper whom God seeks is the one who reasons with wisdom and intelligence, and who has holy fear of God (proverbs 9:10) Who is a TRUE worshipper ? I praise You Eternal Father for this new day which You offer me by Your grace so that I can glorify Your name once more in my life and do all things according to Your will. Bethelsg ©

The true worshipper seeks relentlessly how to be pleasing to God, how to rejouice His heart. He is filled wiht the desire to please his heavenly Father. He doesnt expect for God to be the one to please him. The true worshipper loves God unconditionally. The true worshipper is transformed by listening to the word and putting it into practice ! He constantly seeks to develope and improve on his communion with the Father. The true worshipper offers his body each day to God. « Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. » Romans 12:1 . Who is a TRUE worshipper ? One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple . The true worshipper is not a perfect man! Strange but real, this perfect God accepts and loves worship from fallible men whom we are; He is aware of all our weaknesses, yet He still expects our worship. May your weekensses never be an excuse to deprive God of the worship due Him! King David was not perect but he was a man after God`s heart, he had a heart of worship, a heart that was not ungrateful but always acknowledged the goodness and the grace of God towords him, a repentant heart which was able to humble itself before God. The true worshipper is humble, he knows how to humble himself! Ture worship can only come from a heart that loves God. « L et us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water » Hebrews :10.22. Who is a TRUE worshipper ? Oh Father, I am a man of unclean lips and thoughts, I am not worthy to stay in Your presence! If you think that your God will accept praise and worship from such a sinner like you then you are mistaken! No longer listen to the devil`s lies! He who always tries to force you to worship him will always struggle to deprive God of your worship by making you feel unworthy of worshipping God. The true worshipper is one who always repents after committing sin and who always rises when he falls. . Bethelsg ©

The true worshipper refuses to lean on himself, he aboandons and gives himself completelty into God`s hands. He rests in God`s presence and draws his strength from Him ( Isaiah 40:29 ) He is concious of God`s presence and shuts himself form the wolrd. « But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you » Matthew 6:6. The true worshipper is influenced by the presence of God which comes over him like a mantle . The prescnce of God in his life influnces his entire being (his words, his thoughts and his deeds). The true worshipper puts God in His rightful place in his life, on the throne of his heart, and he also puts his problems in their rightful place, that is to say, he makes them small before God and ont the reverse! Who is a TRUE worshipper ? The true worshipper constantly lives under a divine atmospere and not a carnal one. But in order for this to be so, he always needs to have the desire to live under an atmosphere of worship! Bethelsg ©

God inhabits the praises of His people. Psalsm 22:3 In other words, when you worship and praise God, you are inviting Him to be Lord over every area of your life. In this way you give HIm the right to exercise all His authority and you open the door for the fullness of His peace, His joy, His love and all He has to offer! While your praises go up to HIm, His blessings come down to you Rememebr that praise preceeds glory! By your worship, you experience the fulness of the Lord ( Psalm 16:11 ) and you live victorious all the days of your life no matter what you go through. Why should we truely worship daily? Seeking God`s presence should be the center of Christain faith. Many christians talk thoeritically of the presence of God but don`t know the reality of it. Do you not understand that the Spirit of God would like to illuminate your heart daily with the bright presence of Christ? You need to experience this presence daily through worship. The devil fears the presence of God in our lives. He tembles at the thought of the closeness between a believer and Christ. That is why satan will do all he can to deprive you of the presence of God in your life, he wants to keep your mind bound in doubt, fear, bitterness, laziness, unforgiveness, etc. He wants you to run out of strength! He`ll use all means, even give you "good" things, in order to hinder you from spending time alone with Jesus. He knows that spending time with Christ will give you victory over the fears and worries of this age! Pray without ceasing! True worship is tacit, can be done anywhere and at anytime. Your most effective prayers will be those murmured and silent thanksgivings, the praise and worship you offer Him through out the day. Worship will keep you in the awareness of His presence. Oh no! Another of these true worshippers! We (my agents and myself) are going to do all we can to distract him, to turn him away form his time with his God! Let us make him to get so busy (even serving God), let us annoy him, let us create in him feelings that do not glorify God… In short, I will do all I can to prevent him from communicating with his God! The more he knows his God,the stronger he becomes and the more we will be defeated by the name of his Powerful Lord Jesus! Ture worship maintains the presence of God in your life. Bethelsg ©

When you worship, remember where you came from (You have passed from darkness to light) ( Revelations 2:5 ), rememeber what the Lord did for you and offer Him thanksgiving! In order to worship God you must know Him: How can you worship a God whom you do not know?A God whose words or deeds for you you do not know! Spend time daily in His presence and in His word in order to learn to know Him better, to better understand what He has done for you, to better grasp His promises, to better understand who He has made you to be in Christ, and what He has done for you in Christ… How can you thank Him without knowing what He has done and how can you worship Him without knowing how those who preceeded you worhsipped Him in the Bible? Prayer Heavenly Father,I come before you to offer all that I am. Help me to connect myself to your presence and to become the true worshipper whom you want me to be. Teach me to bow at your feet to worship You, to praise You, to adore You, to cherish Your presence and to develope deep intimacy with You. I desire each day to love and to know you better with all my being , with all my heart, with all my strength and with all my might. Dearly beloved in Christ, Our communion with God « in the secret » is the source of a blessed Christian life. All of this is just to remind you how important it is never to neglect praising our God daily. Most often, when we are going through hard times, our emotions and our thoughts want to lead us into a whirlwind of worries, distress, oppression,frustration, discouragement, etc. This is not what God asks of us in His word. He wants us to manifest our faith in Him by unshakable worship no matter our circumstances . People of God, learn to worship and praise God more and more, in doing so,visible and invisible chains will let lose, demons will be driven out, miracles and deliverances will take place, along with many other things… Are you now ready to become the type of true worshipper whom God is so eagerly seeking? I suggest you read Psalm 104 which is a prayer of worship.God is Worshipped in all His Dignity, for His values, His attributes, His deeds.
