1. God had three great plans laid out before the universe existed and time began - eternal life, salvation, and grace. 2. Eternal life refers to God's offer of an unending relationship with Him and resurrection to everlasting life. Salvation involves God's plan to call people to repentance and forgive their sins through Jesus' sacrifice. Grace refers to God's undeserved favor and provision of forgiveness and help through Christ. 3. These three overlapping and interrelated aspects of God's plan were designed carefully by God before the beginning of time.

sleeping, working or resting – whatever you
do and think – involves time. Every day has
new time.

great things God has planned

3. Grace. God’s provision of grace—His
undeserved favor, including forgiveness
and help through Christ.

8. ETERNAL LIFE. God’s offer to people of
eternal life in His divine family.
• We were created—to have an unending relationship
with God the Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and all
those whom They would eventually bring to a
glorified state – the eternity or eternal life.
• Eternal life means we will no longer be constrained
by time. All of us have a beginning, but if we are
faithful to God, we are promised a resurrection to an
everlasting life in a glorious spirit body.

11. SALVATION.The mystery God’s Church
proclaims—God’s Plan of Salvation (GPS)
• God has not planned the universe and our existence
in a haphazard way. Instead, He carefully designed
everything down to the slightest detail even to
number our hair (Matthew 10:30). God has revealed
much about His marvelous plans through His
prophets and apostles with wisdom as recorded in
Basic Instructions Before Life in Eternity (BIBLE).

7But we speak the wisdom of God in a
mystery, the hidden wisdom which
God ordained before the ages for our
glory.
The Bible Knowledge Commentary notes regarding
this verse,“At the heart of this wisdom is the plan
of salvation intended for our glory, determined
before time began” (1983, emphasis in original).

them to repentance and forgiving all those who
would accept the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for their
sins, turn from an ungodly lifestyle and commit to
obeying God’s holy laws.
