Inclusive classroom
 An inclusive classroom is a general education
classroom in which students with and without
disabilities learn together.
Curriculum
 Curriculum includes all the learning experiences and
activities in or out side the school.
 Curriculum is a tool in the hands of the artist (the
teacher) to mold his material (the pupil) according to
her ideals (aims and objective) in her studio (the
school). { cunningham }


 The teachers are the major pillars in teaching-learning
process .
 So the most important person in the curriculum
implementation process is the teacher.
 The teachers are responsible for introducing the curriculum
in the classroom.
 Better teachers support better learning because they are
most knowledgeable about the practice of teaching.
 So we can say the teachers are mediator between curriculum
and students

Attitudinal Barrier
 Attitudinal barrier (negative attitudes) are the
most important barrier in inclusive
education.
 Able are not prepared to interact with people
with disabilities.
 They think that persons with disabilities lack
the skills needed to live in the community or
to be educated with non disabled children.
Physical Barriers
 There is also lack of facilities or assistive technology
to aid children with a particular type of difficulty.
Untrained Teacher
 The educators are the most significant human resource for
advancing inclusive education.
 Teacher’s proficiency and outlook have a dramatic impact
on the lives of students who are different and who have
learning challenges.

Provide the Teaching Material
 The teacher should be provide the large printing materials
or notes for those children who have feel difficulty.
 Provide the notes in pictorial form.
 The teacher can be broken down each subjects into a
number of small part.
 Make appropriate time table.
Arrange the subject matter
Use modern Techniques
Use various teaching-Learning
method & strategies
 Demonstration method
 Cooperative learning
 Team teaching
 Project method
Be flexible
 The teacher should not show the rigidness in inclusive
classroom.
CONCLUSION
 Without doubt, the most important person in the
curriculum implementation process is the teacher .
 With their knowledge, experiences and competencies ,
teacher can implement the barrier free curriculum in
inclusive classroom.
“No curriculum will be perfect, a finished product cast in
stone or free from criticism, but to effective it must be
accepted by teacher”

  • 2. Inclusive classroom  An inclusive classroom is a general education classroom in which students with and without disabilities learn together.
  • 3. Curriculum  Curriculum includes all the learning experiences and activities in or out side the school.  Curriculum is a tool in the hands of the artist (the teacher) to mold his material (the pupil) according to her ideals (aims and objective) in her studio (the school). { cunningham } 

The Importance of Teachers Involvement in Curriculum  The teachers are the major pillars in teaching-learning process .  So the most important person in the curriculum implementation process is the teacher.  The teachers are responsible for introducing the curriculum in the classroom.  Better teachers support better learning because they are most knowledgeable about the practice of teaching.  So we can say the teachers are mediator between curriculum and students

Attitudinal Barrier  Attitudinal barrier (negative attitudes) are the most important barrier in inclusive education.  Able are not prepared to interact with people with disabilities.  They think that persons with disabilities lack the skills needed to live in the community or to be educated with non disabled children.
  • 8. Physical Barriers  There is also lack of facilities or assistive technology to aid children with a particular type of difficulty.
  • 9. Untrained Teacher  The educators are the most significant human resource for advancing inclusive education.  Teacher’s proficiency and outlook have a dramatic impact on the lives of students who are different and who have learning challenges.

  • 16. Be flexible  The teacher should not show the rigidness in inclusive classroom.

CONCLUSION  Without doubt, the most important person in the curriculum implementation process is the teacher .  With their knowledge, experiences and competencies , teacher can implement the barrier free curriculum in inclusive classroom. “No curriculum will be perfect, a finished product cast in stone or free from criticism, but to effective it must be accepted by teacher”
