3. QUALITIES OF CONTRIBUTOR
 The contributor proactively takes up their work.
 The contributor not focuses on the goal being
achieved, not just on the routine work.
 The contributor committed to the responsibilities of
his role
 She is not a clock watcher at all.

4.  The contributor’s special : last mile execution .
 She has this three qualities
 1.Time management
 2. Punctuality
 3.Positive attitude
 The contributor acts appropriately in every
situations

5.  In their work contributor demonstrate concern for
the human being they serve.
 They take responsibilities for making things happen
in any situation.
 Contributor have their wider view of work and thus
take pride in doing their work well.
 Contributor focus on their team’s goal rather then
his/her personal goal.

6.  A contributor may be defined as a person who works beyond
his/her duties.
 Ms. Mehta has 25 years of experience in a
teaching field.
 According to her, her work has been taken by her
as a challenge. She believes that if any kind of work
has been taken as a challenge then that particular
work become a mission for someone

7.  As per her opinion if a person wants to be
successful in his life then he has three

 2.Positive attitude
 3.Time management
 During her carrier she had taken many
challenges although first she has taken as a
problem but then she thinks on that problem
that how it can be coverted into opportunity.

8.  As per her views the job satisfaction may internal
satisfaction.
 She thinks that if someone love her job then she has fully
satisfied with his job.
 In her long carrier there were many situations occurred
when her juniors were not working as per her expectation
 At that first she understood their problems and motivate
them.
 She believes that WORKING AS A TEAM is the best
solution of this problem.

9.  She is a teacher. So the education is the best gift to
society.
 And good knowledge is helpful to enrich the mentality of
the people so her contribution is directly related with
society.
 When she had to explain something about the election
duty to her juniors at that time she was bit afraid but with
full of confidence and with positive attitude she explained
the whole concept very well.

10.  Her only vision is to become a successful person and
good human in the society, and to spread the knowledge
she attained.
 According to her view she believes that youth have many
opportunities to get the success and fame.

11.  But she also try to convey that if the youth have
enough power ,enthusiasm and proper guidance, he
can become a successful person.
 She is fully satisfied with her life and happy with it.
