Employ 
She believe that quality like Discipline,

working skill, Basic knowledge this are

workers have to become a successful

How face challenges to become 
successful??? 
 She believe that tacking work as a 
challenge but still sometimes somewhere 
difficulties arise during work, and we found 
solution together and also it's give 
opportunity to new establishment not as 
hurdle.
What is Job satisfaction.. 
 As per her job satisfaction is essential thing 
and One of the most important aspects for 
every employee ,as a internal she should be 
satisfied from job which she is doing and as a 
external all employee or worker should also 
satisfied from her behavior toward them.
Believe in reward or opportunity 
 There are many different factors that motivate 
employees and individuals. These include 
financial reasons, power, achievement, 
opportunity for advancement, the ability to 
contribute, etc. Another major factor is the power 
of .. RECOGNITION. 
 Employees who feel good about their abilities 
and their contributions to a company or team are 
more likely to be happy, content and motivated. 
When they are recognized for their efforts, they 
will also continue in their desire to excel.
Relation with junior and senior 
According to her expectations ,when 
juniors are not working , she try to tell 
them very politely although they don’t 
co-operate with her, then she order on 
them. And also not co-operate than apply 
another technic . 
She is co-operate respectly to senior . 
she communicate with strong 
confidence to them to achieve their 
support . in this way, she convenience 
seniors
Experience which give a 
successful career 
 When her senior manager is died, 
then all responsibility on her head, 
she was so confuced how will 
maintain this hostel. But that time she 
had take all responsibility ,and make a 
decision alone and finally done all 
management as very carefully.
Message future engineers...or 
any suggestion for youth 
As an engineer do new invention in a 
competition world. 
Work for achieve a goal 
Utilize time.
