She believe that tacking work as a
challenge but still sometimes somewhere
difficulties arise during work, and we found
solution together and also it's give

When her senior manager is died,
then all responsibility on her head,
she was so confuced how will
maintain this hostel. But that time she
had take all responsibility ,and make a
decision alone and finally done all
management as very carefully.
