trying her best to learn something new. Every Students
and subjects have different requirements and have to
satisfy it taking that challenges and achieving her dream
as teacher.”
•As she is a teacher, for her important qualities would be
determination, discipline, dedication.
7. •She takes every challenge that come to her way as an
opportunity because it is due to this attitude she has come out
as a strong person.
•When she works as junior, firstly she will try to convence them
by logical arguments on the basis of past experience. She will
try to understand their point of view. If it not work, she does
her work silently.
•And when she works as senior. She prefers to set an example by
her work rather than giving them advice. If you are good,
people will be good to you. Just do your work with sincerity and
dedication and leave the result on god.”
8. •As she is a teacher, her contribution towards the society is
extremely important because teachers prepare students for
their brighter future. Thus they make the nation strong.”
•Her vision always a purpose vision. Her short term vision is
understanding condition of any students, and her long term
vision is always be best foe students.
9. Personal Experience:

•When she got her job placement was in a tribal area which was
far away from her resident and there were no transportation
service available. Any how, with her strong willpower she
fulfilled her duty fro 5 years. With her “CAN DO” attitude.
•According to her job satisfaction is purely internal
satisfaction.”
10. •For every person there is at least one inspiration in there life
and for her it’s her Mom.
•Her mom wants to see her as one successful person and
because of her inspiration, became a successful person.
11. Her advice to youth is give your best fro any work , respect
your teachers.”
