4. Mr.Kashyap kanojiya’s profession is
teaching. He has experience of 12 years in
teaching field. He is MA with specialization in
Arts and BED with English and social science.
He takes his work as a mixture of goal and
challenge. He believes that a contributor should
have updation,determination and dedication
towards his work.
5. Contributors demonstrate concern for the
human beings they serve. Contributors take
responsibility and they take pride in doing their
work. Contributors concern should be for the
whole team and not only for his/her personal
success.
6. According to me, He is a dynamic personality
as he is more dedicated towards his work and
has no pride for his past achievements. He
believes in mixture of opportunities and rewards
as he thinks that one gets excited for his work if
there is some reward for it.
7. He believes in internal satisfaction rather
than external satisfaction .According to him
,pleasure in work and without getting tired
enjoying the work are the two points that helps
him to gain internal satisfaction.
8. He believes in opportunity so he has a
purpose vision .Along with these ,If his juniors
are not working according to his expectation ,he
tries to explain them importance of work, teach
them and show them the correct direction .He
also believes that if his seniors are not
supporting him then he should continue with his
work rather than jumping out of it and complete
it with 100% dedication.
9. Along with studies ,he is always there to
solve personal issues of his students .He
shows his students the right path when they
are confused. He also handles his seniors
politely and helps them when needed.
10. So according to me ,he is a partial
contributor as he believes in opportunities
and has a contributive career .Rather than
looking back in his past achievements ,he
looks for future achievements which shows
that he is a dynamic personality .
