 Recruitment Process:-
• Handling the whole Recruitment and Selection procedure & conducting Induction programmes for
new employees.
• Spearheading efforts across developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-
skilled work force and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning,
recruitment, appointment, selection and development.
• Sending Recruitment MIS reports to the HR Manager
 Performance & Appraisal
• Coordinating performance & appraisal of Employees on the basis of responsibilities &
achievements during the year as per KRAs. Managing all Performance Appraisal procedure
connected with confirmation /promotion / transfer letter etc.
 Personnel & Admin
• Looking after day to day manpower, supply manpower as per the production schedule.
• Time Office Management (Maintaining the record of attendance & leave)
• Statutory compliances, PF.
• Labour contractors & their bills
• Maintaining Employee Records – Coordinating, Personal files, Full and Final Settlements of Left
employees, Exit form etc.
• Preparing & designing Continuous development plan to help all the employees in garnishing their
personality, communication
skills & behaviour.
• Preparing salary break-up for diff. positions.
• Making monthly salary processing.
• Designing and implementation of Human Resources policies.
• Looking after the insurance policies, such as Medi-claim, Personal Accident.
