Victoria University of Wellington conducted a digital tracker survey with 10,000 full-time students to enhance the student digital experience and inform digital transformation efforts, achieving an 8.2% response rate. Key findings indicated high satisfaction with basic digital services but highlighted concerns about the appropriate use and clarity of digital tools in courses, as well as a perception that courses are not adequately preparing graduates for digital workplaces. Follow-up actions include organizing student focus groups, sharing faculty-level insights, and reviewing digital tools and training initiatives to improve the overall digital experience.
